I had to wait for 5 minutes to get my bucket of chicken as it was super busy in the lobby. But the tasty chicken was worth the wait 😋!!!.... and the happy faces of the employees made it more delicious 😁

Went to try the chili crunch sandwich and when I arrived home to try it the chicken patty was completely BLACK and was near impossible to eat, totally burned! This was my first time coming back in over a year or two after being served a hot wing that still somehow had a feather on it! Absolute worst kfc in the area!

I just walked in to get my food and I was impressed by the nice and appealing atmosphere of the restaurant. Seeing the staff welcoming me with a warm smile and delivering delicious chicken, I was super happy. Food tasted really good!

I had a great experience at KFC on Holiday Inn Drive. The chicken was the highlight — perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with fresh, hot seasoning that tasted amazing. It was clear the chicken was freshly prepared and not sitting under heat lamps for long. The flavor was spot on, and the portion size was generous. This location really knows how to do their chicken right. Definitely one of the best KFC experiences I’ve had in the area!

I had a great experience at this KFC location. The chicken was fresh, crispy, and well-seasoned. The staff Margory and Merry were friendly and handled orders quickly even during busy hours. The store was clean and well-maintained. Definitely one of the better KFC locations I’ve visited. Will come again!

Even though the store has good ambiance and the food is good, the staff always delays in delivering the order. I have ordered almost 5 times and always they have delivered it around 20 minutes late.
Went and got the 2 for 6 Matty sliders and they gave me regular sliders with just a bit of sauce and lettuce on them. I looked at the website and the regular sliders aren’t even on for that price. Went right back through the drive through, and they didn’t make it right.

Marge is actually the best in customer service I've seen in years!!! She deals with other restaurants problems and is sympathetic and completely adapting to the situation... this women should be appreciated left right and center. 👏👏👏

The store seems to have focus on food lately and we can tell. Always hot fresh and delicious compared to before. The staff is courteous and friendly.
The service time can do some work. They also really should stop asking people in drive thru to go and wait in the parking lot. First of all this is a really busy cramped parking lot, hard to find parking. How is the server going to even know where I had parked? Numerous time they are lost and I have to back in myself.
When there are no cars behind me cant i just wait in the drive thru lane while you prepare the food? Thanks.
