Absolutely the worst kfc ever in history. 30 min waits , cold food . They are slow and careless about your order , especially times as dinner time there shouldn't be this much of a wait and cold food to top it off. I would never go here again luckily I don't live in hespeler

This is by far the worst KFC. They never have chicken even at dinner time we had to wait 25 minutes for six pieces. it's beyond dirty and the bathrooms/floors are always so gross. They Have staff standing around you'd think one of them would make the location more presentable. All the tables are dirty also.
My family ordered a family meal that stated it comes with a large popcorn chicken. When we got it we noticed it wasn't the large that usually comes in the bucket when ordered alone. It's in a box and half the size which is very misleading and extremely sneaky. We were in a pinch and ended up here but honestly we will never make this mistake again. Don't waste your time or money. Gross dirty store, poor quality food.

I hadn't gone to a KFC in years. I made the mistake of going to this one because it was closer to me. I waited at least 20 minutes (maybe more) in line. Line wasn't moving. Other people were getting annoyed. Those that ordered on drive thru came in.
If this is classified as a "fastfood" place. It shouldn't be. Next time I'll drive further away than go to this one ever again.

The cheese curds in my poutine were cold, but everything else was fine. Friendly staff and quick service, which has definitely improved greatly since my last visit.

This place is horrible. They don't ever have white meat chicken cooked. Place is dirty in side smells like they mop with old dirty water. And after ordering they tell you they have no fries made that it'll be 5 more min. This is not the service you use to get from this franchise in the past. This is the drive through experience I had. I hope that corporate office can provide better training to the owners of this location
