Picked up half a dozen of doughnuts this morning. Very odd location with several other food businesses running out of the same place. Other people’s orders from a pastry shop were sitting on shelves and there was no organization.Out of the 6 doughnuts, 4 were completely stale (especially the cinnamon roll with strawberry frosting. Hard as a rock!), and the other 2 (butter tart) were a miss. Certainly won’t be back as we have two fantastic doughnut shops in town that provide fresh doughnuts and a better experience. I would also suggest labeling the flavours as the employee who was there barely knew them.

We went to the location in Guelph, it looks awful there with holes in the floor. The donuts were insanely expensive. We bought 4 and 1 tasted like it might have been made that day but the other 3, yikes. The woman who helped my family was cold and acted like we were an inconvenience. My 5 year old was terrified of her. The americano and hot chocolate were room temp and so weak. We're from Cambridge and will never make the drive again. Red Eye Cafe in Cambridge is an absolute beast when it comes to donuts. Trust me!

Very Weird Experience. My mom and I stopped into Lady Glaze today for their “Toonie Tuesday” Special. We arrived at around 10:30 and surprisingly they were already out of almost everything. As we were leaving our house they posted an advertisement for the special on Instagram, so it was weird to me that they were basically sold out 20 minutes later… There were a few gluten free donuts available that looked flatter than a pancake so we skipped on those, and besides that we were able to snag the last apple fritter (display donut), a dutchie and 4 OG glaze donuts. It was pretty disappointing that they had very little stock so early in the day; we were originally going to purchase a dozen or so to share with family, but we ended up scraping the bottom of the barrel. The space was super odd as well - cluttered, messy and borderline dirty. I wish they would have stayed at their previous location in downtown Cambridge, as it was not only more convenient, but spacious, inviting, and comfortable. Our exchange with the woman who helped us was less than friendly, more awkward and aloof than anything. The donuts tasted good and were a fair price, but our overall experience was lacklustre and not worth the drive. Unfortunately, we will be seeking alternative donut providers in the future.

I would say freshly backed doughnuts tastes definitely different. One of the best doughnuts I ever had. Apple fritter was a huge and so amazing. This store doesn't offer dine-in option, it's like a factory outlet. You stepped in, ask for whatever you need, take the box and go on your way.

Great little spot to stop.I was looking for something specific for my son's birthday that they didn't have available. As we were about to leave we were followed out and told they could whip it up special for him. At this point they didn't even know it was his birthday. Nice touch, made his day.Donuts were delicious.

BUYER BEWARE: VEGAN DONUTS ARE NOT VEGAN! These donuts are labelled as "Vegan" and dairy-free, but according to staff and one of the owners, Mark Brown, they are fried in the same fryer as the dairy donuts. They apparently do have a fryer for customers with gluten intolerance but choose not to provide the same level of respect or safety to customers with dairy intolerance, and/or to customers who believe they are purchasing vegan donuts. When contacted, Mr. Brown said that even though the "dairy-free" donuts were cooked in the same shortening as the dairy donuts, he did not believe the dairy-free donuts would be contaminated. He stated that the shortening is filtered on occasion but refused to provide the name of the "filter" and failed to explain how a filter could possible or miraculously remove dairy contaminants. He also said they were not prepared to amend the labels or purchase a separate fryer, regardless that customers are being mis-led and placed at risk for contamination, intolerance and illness. CFIA will be investigating the contamination/mis-labeling concerns. Do the right thing Mr. Brown, and purchase a second fryer with the profits you make from your over-priced, contaminated donuts!

I volunteer at CMH and they brought in 2 boxes of donuts this week! What a very kind jester. Random act of kindness. Really enjoyed this treat and will be sure to visit them in coming weeks.Thank you very much! ?

These aren't just good vegan donuts, they are amazing donuts (vegan makes no difference here). I've had other vegan attempts at donuts that were simply just glorified cupcakes. But these are exactly what you want from a donut. You know something is good when days, weeks even, the family is still talking about them and asking when we can get more. This comes in handy though, for bribery purposes. This is a new small, local business that I am very happy to support, regardless of new business struggles around signage - I was able to find them no problem, but I did prepare by checking their website for hours and location...like a grownup does.
