Ordered food delivered. Took an hour. And asked for it extra spicy…. Not one drop of spice sauce or zero heat. Was a garlic sauce soup . Everything soggy. No care to a customer quality of food that was being delivered . Very disappointed and will be going to any other Shawarma other then here.

Food is pretty meh and prices aren't amazing for what you get. Go here if nothing else is open because it's open late but it's kind of a last resort to be honest. Recently had a 'beef poutine' and it was just a goopy mess that got stuck in my throat and was too salty. Fries were frozen and had no character. Beef was dry. Only redeeming quality was the garlic sauce, without which it would be unpalattable.

Ordered from here through Uber Eats and paid an extra $2 for lettuce to be added to the shawarma. When it got delivered, the store didn’t add any lettuce. I called to ask about what to do and they were extremely unhelpful and then hung up on me after asking me to hold. This was extremely disrespectful to receive as a customer and has completely turned my boyfriend and I away from ever ordering from this store again. Whoever Nicole is who works there, thank you for telling the man who picked up the phone to hang up on me. You’re customer service is repulsive.

Sauce taste watered down, and the chicken is chewy (on the rocks)
I was there to order a shawarma wrap around 12:30 am and the store has 30 minutes more to close. The employee Mahi refused shawarma wrap to me because she said and she has to close the store and can only give me rice and chicken. I asked her what if i want some salad to be added on and she said she wont do that. This is a clear denial of service and food. If you do not want to serve, please don't open it for the public. Very poor customer service and does not know how to treat customers. Never coming back to this store ever again, and wont recommend it to anyone i know. This employees were unprofessional and denying service even though they had another 30 minutes to close the store.

I ordered 3 tiny tubs (1 ounce each )of garlic sauce from here for 3.69 cad. I am 100% sure this sauce was not made in-house. It was purchased from Loblaws and packed in tiny tubs. I have had garlic sauce many times from Middle-eastern restaurants. This was horrible. No wonder, this restaurant has bad reviews.
