Used to love this place when it was just the owner working always calling me boss. Has gone downhill big time since he's not around anymore. Last 2 experiences were absolutely awful. Cold fries, hardly any gravey on poutine, cheese not melted. Very disappointing 😓

Rhea is the manager here i orderd uber today and a chicken shwarma and side order of potatoes and tor 7 $ and i get not even half a potato in the order what the heck ? I called your store they have no idea what is going on . I have orderd from diffrent lazeez places never had this issue this is ridiculous . Worst order of lazeez on my life waste of money .

I usually love Lazeez, have for a few years, it’s always my go to when I’m in town but today my husband meal had 2 hairs in it (didn’t catch a picture) No hair in my meal but the rice and chicken (soulvaki) EXTREMELY BLAND not even enough salt the chicken and rice are even visibly bland.
They are very arrogant and dont know how to behave with customers.
