Normally, I’m a fan of Little Caesars but this location is horrible. Not only is the food cooked horrible but the service is horrible by the management believe me I used to work here and the management Was horrible if the food here was on the menu for free, I still wouldn’t even eat it

Currently puking….. usually a huge fan of Little Caesars because the price and convenience, but this location just ruined the whole franchise for me. First off why does the lady have to be so rude. She clearly didn’t want to be there, but she doesn’t have to show that to her customers. We got the box which really threw us off because why do they use cheap white boxes now compared to the usual little Caesars one, and it was also ridiculously small for a medium. The pizza was absolutely putrid, it honestly tastes like this location gets the cheapest ingredients. Also waiting 15 minutes for a pizza that says it’s hot and ready between certain times, wouldn’t have cared but it gave me more time to get my hopes up. Leftovers are the way to go next time I have a craving.

Extreme decline in quality. I ordered a pizza via delivery. It was cold, not fresh, bland cheeze pizza. I was hoping more for hot goosey melting cheese with a nice pull when you take a slice, it had none of that. Just a bland dull cold card board tastinf pizza. Never again.

Pizza is always fresh, however it's disappointing that they never have any of the advertised features ready. If your gonna run ads? And have nothing ready at 4;30 on a Saturday?

Delicious pizza and specially service by manpreet she is very honest and welcoming
Just got Italian cheese bread and paid $7.99 was charged an extra $2 for extra toppings ($11.29 total after tax). I normally go to the location in Waterloo on bridge Street, they have never charged me for extra toppings and it's only $5.99. not to mention I got only extra garlic sauce and a regular amount of Italian seasoning and literally no parmesan what so ever the employee then told me it's not even supposed to have parmesan, I have been buying this for years probably weekly, it's is the best part about the item it's basically why I buy it, I strongly recommend not going here, I will not be back myself.

Walter is an employee he basically gives fake review to uber guyz that they dont have bags even if they have the bag so the employer should know they are hiring people who disrespects another people's occupation and dignity by putting up fake reviews beware of such place
