I would have given this place a single star if it were not for the food and looks of the place. The food was very good and the live music was something super fun that I have not seen done this well at many other places before. However the service was not up to par. The young man serving my friend and I seemed unhappy the moment we sat and before we could even finish our food he asked to bring the bill out multiple times. We felt super rushed and he would only pass by to ask if we wanted the check after we received our food. I would not go back due to the service.

This was just a random stop on our way through town. I had the fish and chips. The fish was battered with potatoe chips and it was AWESOME! Beer selection was great - I had the most delicious wheat - beer that really hit the spot. I highly recommend! YUMMMMY!

Duncan deserves a raise!!!

Went here for a concert and it was just so lovely! The food was delicious, the servers were fantastic (they were so good about not interrupting the music but still making sure we were taken care of) and the music (Craig Robertson) was amazing! Being in the Tap Room was the best place for a cozy intimate setting for this concert. I'm looking forward to the next one!!!

We needed a convenient place for dinner prior to a midweek performance of Evita at the Hamilton Family Theatre. We had eaten here previously for the same reason before COVID and enjoyed the food. We made reservations for shortly after 5 pm. We arrived a little early were greeted and taken to a very nice table by a window. We had the dirty burger and the chicken creole pasta. Both were very good. Service was friendly and efficient. The server brought us glasses of water (with a wedge of lemon, nice touch) while we decided on drinks (a bottle of wine) and the meals. The plates were cleared shortly after we finished our meal, We passed on dessert and slowly finished our wine. We were not rushed. The place was pretty full when we left after 6:30. All in all a good experience and we'll be back.

Well, it's a pub, so we ordered a burger and fish and chips. Both the burger and fish were overcooked. The best thing about the salad w the burger were the blueberries. Service was good.

Not as many patrons as in the past. Miss the Friday night vibe. Drinks seem very pricey. 2 pints came to $22ish. I understand it's "craft" beer but really?

Nachos were sparse with very little toppings.burger was tastelees with luke warm fries, not fresh cut. Kimchi chicken bowl was terrible, 2 pieces of over cooked chicken, an egg, some rice a few greens and onion slices but no kimchi. Told the server, she said too bad, no compensation. Will never return
