Visited Lucky's in Cambridge and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. I ordered truffle fries, but the lady serving us was quite rude and flat-out refused to take my order. It was a very unprofessional interaction, and it left a bad impression. I hope the management can provide staff training on customer service and ensure that guests are treated with respect. A little courtesy can go a long way in making customers feel welcome!"

Went for lunch and everything is amazing. Staff is so friendly and cheerful. Since going on my birthday, I’ve brought two of my friends here and they both love it as well. It’s now our go-to for a quick lunch! We always forget the fries are huge and we should be sharing them. Maybe next time lol

They don't do crispy edges on the patties and the bacon isn't cooked enough very uncooked chewy. But the double bacon burger hit right like an upscale Wendy's baconator.
Thyme in the Mac n cheese works but needed black pepper badly and saw none around.
