Mary Brown’s is my favourite chicken (Canadian too!) I was staying in Cambridge this weekend and placed an order for pick up. When I went to my car I discovered I had a flat and wouldn’t be able to pick up my order. I called the restaurant and explained the situation. Even though my order was ready for pick up when I called, without hesitation they advised that they would refund my credit card. Fantastic customer service! So rare these days.

Hi , I am Arshdeep Singh . I went to Mary Brown’s in Cambridge today to pick up an order, and the staff questioned me about why I had left a previous review. I had a bad experience before, so I shared my honest feedback, which I believe is my right as a customer. Today, everything was in order—I had the proper equipment, and there was no issue from my side—yet I was still spoken to in a rude and unprofessional manner. They even added a negative review about me on Uber without any valid reason. Instead of acknowledging their past mistakes, they chose to react this way. It’s really disappointing to be treated like this for simply being honest.

Every time I pick up dinner from here it’s ready and fresh. Even though the chicken is a bit pricey, it’s worth it because it’s way better than KFC and Churches. Even when it’s busy and waiting for my food they gave several of us a small wedge. Great service and kind.
