You really don't know a restaurant until you have a problem. I ordered two mashed potato bowls and 6 tea biscuits only to discover the mashed potatoes are fake and unlike the pictures the chicken is drowned in gravy so it's saugy and I asked for butter for my biscuits and they forgot it I called and the girl hung up on me when I called back I was ignored.

I am noticing since my past few visits at this store that customer service is becoming non existent here. I always feel rushed when the cashier , an indian lady, is taking my order. She is rude does not help us understand the menu or answer any questions in a friendly way. Last time all limits were crossed. As I was telling her my order, she later turns to the served in back and says in her native language “ God, these people keep order the same annoying item “. I was livid. She clearly thought I would not hear or understand but I did. Great way to make your customers feel welcome and appreciated. If you are so annoyed in your job, that merely an item from YOUR menu ticks you off so much, maybe get a new job. This was the first time I also noticed a little bit of smell in the meat. I had a strange experience afterwards. After i finished eating, I felt extremely sleepy in an unnatural way to the point I woke up 12 hours later the day. I am wondering if maybe someone from the store played with my order or mixed something to doze off their customer. Deleting my app and will not be returning.

Everything about my visit was a letdown. The food was cold and tasteless they served me cold old chicken which smells really bad, and the service was poor—my server was unhelpful and seemed uninterested. I won’t be coming back here.

Well I would never order here again. DO NOT GET their snack chicken sandwiches. Do not look like the picture, super expensive and super tiny. Slimy mayo and lettuce. Absolutely a rip off. Had to eat I can't afford another meal out! Don't be fooled they are basically a tiny chicken finger on a bun.
Service was so great i loved the food the chicken was so so tasty omg. I would definitely come here again i loved this place
