3.2 stars on Google makes sense considering they told me to wait when I placed the drive-thru order and I ended up having to get out of my vehicle anyway and walk inside to find my meal sitting on the counter waiting to be brought out I think it's absolutely ridiculous that this is a fast food place yet they make you wait through the drive-thru consistently I don't know what the upper management department needs to do but maybe some restructuring in the way that your employees are handling themselves and customers might need to be looked at this is absolutely ridiculous I've lived in this town for 20 years and this has to be the worst McDonald's in this city

Worst Mcdonalds ever I visited. Almost 30 minutes wait in Drivethru. Near kiosk I waited almost 5 minutes to respond to my hi. Food wasn’t appropriate I customized my burgers but they didn’t do it.

This McDonalds is filthy. I’ve been there 3 times since moving to the area and every time all the tables are covered in garbage and spills. The floor is a mess.

The staff are rude and absurd. I ordered 6 mini donuts at the kiosk and a few other things. They get my whole order together (15 minutes) and at the end say they only have 4 Boston cream donuts left and ask if that’s ok. I was shocked. Not only did I not order any Boston cream, but I ordered 6 donuts and they asked if 4 was ok?! Absolutely brainless. I went through drive through and got 2 mcflurries. I’m handed 2 cups absolutely covered in icecream. I stay at the window cleaning them off and the attendant opened it and asked if I needed more napkins. I said yes because I don’t want it all over my car and she blames the machine. Says it gets everywhere when they spin it… so knowing it gets everywhere… wipe down the container before handing it to the customer.

All in all this place is the bottom barrel of McDonalds, which is a scary thought.

Had a terrible experience at the drive-thru. Employee Harman was rude, impatient, and dismissive. The customer service was unacceptable, and I felt rushed. McDonald's should work on training staff to provide better service. Very disappointing.
