Stopped by again, this was our second visit. It was pretty good. We had the double cheese burger combo, Shamrock Shake, 20-piece nuggets, and cheeseburgers, and everything came out hot and fresh. Staff were chill, service was quick, and the place was clean. Nothing fancy, just a reliable McDonald’s that consistently gets it right. The men's washroom door is damaged but it still works fine.

Please read the reviews before going to this location, only this location would charge you extra, they are located here just to make sure you spend more instead of what Mcdonal’s actually cost, according to the server it’s Cambridge as they mentioned, none other location in other cities would charge you extra for any tiny pouches of sauces. Think twice before going here for sure.

I am a regular customer of McDonald’s at other locations, but today’s experience at this drive-thru was disappointing. There were no greetings—no “hi” or “thank you”—and even after I said them, the staff member shut the window very quickly without a smile or acknowledgment. The customer service was very poor. It seemed like she was the only person managing everything, and since it was night time, she may have been tired or frustrated because of that. Still, basic courtesy and customer interaction were missing, which affected the overall experience.

Friends be sure if you visit there, you are going to waste your money, time and energy..as the staff is way too rude, specially kayden...he behaved weird, as we were not satisfied with our order so we asked him to change the flavor but he refunded our money instead of changing the food....owner attention needed..for kayden.

I understand the frustration of working on Christmas Eve (4pm) but it’s your job at the end of the day! I ordered a snack size Oreo McFlurry and the quantity I got was laughable, I asked the blonde girl with glasses to top it up or give another one and she gave us the nastiest attitude, she told us that’s how it’s made and she isn’t making another one we had to ask for a refund. I’ve only ever had bad experience at this specific location something needs to be done about the staff.

Fries was good. Didn't have a big Mac in years, the meat was so thin,you only tasted bread, lettuce and sauce. The cashier made the sandwich but did not wash her hands. We both got diarrhea half hr later.

Friday December 5th 2025 at 8:51 pm I came through the drive through and was met with the most polite, fast, knowledgable and friendly person taking my order. I was so impressed with his service that I had to ask his name at the window- it's Anderson.
I wish more of the younger generation had a work ethic like this kid, he needs to be in a higher paying position. He really was very pleasant to be served by!
Have you always longed to spend an exorbitant amount of money on terrible food that takes FOREVER to be served? Then this McDonald's is for you!! My children's desire to fill their McDonald's addiction has lead to my suffering at this, possibly the worst McDonald's I've been to recently.
Actually, on the plus side they still have free refills so now I'm torn...

It wasn’t fresh at all seems like was prepared beforehand and just passed as it is when the order came. Did dine in there asked them and showed also they just did not heard that what i am saying and from front they said it is perfect. I was regular here but now staff has changed and worst service ever

I was very surprised with my visit the other day I was welcomed by Ava a sweet bubbly young lady at first window. Then treated so kindly and polite by Brooke at second window these 2 girls made my day wonderful I had a very bad day and all they showed was kindness and hospitality. I've never been this well treated here in all the years I've been coming here . These 2 special young angels have made me want to come back again. I am old and most of the people there haven't treated me the kindest but now im happy there is at least some people in the world who are kind. Please give these lovely ladies a raise they put alot of hard work and stress to still have a lovely smile on their faces. Stay strong girls . Even though there's awful people in the world never forget you both are shinning stars thank you girls for making my day better by being yourselves.

I’ve had good experiences here in the past, but things have definitely changed since the staff switched. During my most recent visit, the night-shift employee that was Indian was very rude and didn’t speak to me at all. My food was thrown at me, I wasn’t given a straw even after asking, and the meal itself was undercooked and disappointing.
I’m giving this place 2 stars because previous visits were much better, but this experience needs to be addressed.

Everytime I order chicken nuggets y’all never put the sauce in the bag even though it’s free I still ordered it not that hard to put sauce in a bag👎🏼 Do better
