Should be called drive in not drive thru, regardless of how busy it is you are bound to wait 10min in the parking spot, now they utilize five parking spots.Two 6pcs Chicken meals and two snack size Mcfflurry $38, WOW.Bittom line is its overpriced mess with service of a soup kitchen. Each time they send me to those designated parkings to wait I feel so humiliated given the cost of their food its as if I came there begging for food.

Tried to go here for lunch. What a waste of time! Tried to order a quarter pounder, remove pickles and mustard. But add mayo. They wanted to charge $0.50 extra. Which may not seem like a lot but when you look at it, I am removing items and wanted something else. Mayo is cheaper than ketchup, mustard, relish or any other topping you can buy. We asked for the manager and she proceeded to tell us the only way she could give it to us at no charge was to take off all the toppings on the burger to add the “special chicken sauce”. It’s mayonnaise, it’s not special, just oil and egg blended together. I work in the culinary industry and own my own business, I do know these things. Then after 5 minutes she then proceeded to tell us if we didn’t order or leave she was going to call the cops on us for trespassing as we were holding up the drive thru. I’m sorry but dealing with a pressing issue, I’m not moving until it’s resolved. I have never experienced this at a McDonald’s and hope this never happens to someone else again. Remember that all the food and toppings costs are incorporated into the actual cost of the food you are buying. Nothing is ever given away for free as this manager tried to say her sauces were free. Does not make any sense and these staff members need to be trained on food cost, substitutions and better customer service!!!

I understand it's good Friday we're thankful mcdonalds is open for a quick bite as we make our way west. Driving up seeing the building structure not dated I figured inside it would be the same. Service was difficult my hub told the order I retold the order and then once again slow and check list type of conversation re-retold the order and we still got a chocolate milk instead of a chocolate shake then the teller tells my hubby ill will have to charge you extra for the chocolate shake and couldnt refund the unopen choclate milk. But we never order the chocolate milk she made the mistake so we asked for the manager and the thing got corrected where we got our milkshake and gave back the chocolate milk.We do appreciate the help.I suggest that the self serve devices are needed I don't care to have the app but I do like the self serve device.

Would have been a solid 5, if not for the God awful renovations lmao. The furniture is so ugly and uncomfortable now. It's also super... boring looking. The new seats are like, jail cafeteria style now. And somehow the amount of space got smaller? The renovations improved nothing.

I live 30 seconds away from the McDonald's restaurant on Jamieson Pkwy. The food is always good and I rarely get any mistakes when I order my food. But the look and feel of the restaurant feels way so out of date. Some of the building's outside lights are burnt out and not changed, the seating looks old and worn down and the self serve drink machine looks like it's been around since the early 2000's and has not been replaced by a new modern drink machine. I believe the whole dining area needs a well needed renovation

I was making my order and then the worker it’s coming and I was ask him. Did you put ketchup in my inside the bag and he was yelling it’s very bad service and he bring the fork for me and he was holding in his hands without without gloves, and it’s very bad

Do NOT eat here. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever gone to. They have gotten my order wrong every single time, and the food tastes awful - how does a McDonald's screw up their signature fries??? The food is skimpy like they are not giving the full serving, bone dry and overcooked. Never, ever, ever again. Do NOT eat here!!!! McDonald's Canada should shut this place down.
