Really bad attitude from an employee, shows disrespect and rolls eyes while speaking. Does not speak in a kind manner, needs basic human skills and manners.
The atmosphere was dirty. The drink area was not stocked properly (lids and ketchup). A different customer informed them about it and they were ignored. It was a long wait for 2 meals. The staff were disrespectful the other customer wanted her money back because of them not making their meal properly. Instead of cashier being polite she back talked her and another staff ended up chiming in and threatened to fight the couple that was upset. The couple left and said they wouldn’t be back, I will not be back either. When the couple left the staff started to call them druggies. Childish behaviour from grown adults getting paid to work customer service.

Traveling through and needed something to eat…should’ve kept going, food was awful. Coffee was cold and not fresh (almost like it was sitting on the counter to be thrown out…and at the last minute, was served at the drive thru). Fries were also a disaster (assume they were sitting under a heat lamp and cooked in rancid oil). Do not recommend…go elsewhere! Two thumbs down. Way down!!

We had ordered Uber shakes for 4 of my children . Last minute they say the machine was broken so they only were bringing a pop. Well I don’t want just a pop for one child so I cancelled and called. She said I couldn’t cancel as he already left with it. As it turns out he didn’t leave and when he went back in to say I cancelled they told him to leave with it. Wasting his time and mine!!!!!!
