Honestly one of the dirtiest mcdonald’s i have ever been to. There were fruit flies literally inside the bakery case where they keep the muffins. I even pointed it out to one of the staff, and she didn’t seem to care at all. On top of that, the drink station had fruit flies all over it, the tables were nasty and sticky, and there was no sanitizer anywhere. The whole place just felt gross and unhygienic from the moment i walked in. If this is how they are keeping the front where customers can see, i don’t even want to imagine what the back looks like. Definitely won’t be coming back, the hygiene here is honestly zero.

There is only one reason this place is good, they have a manager with the most angelic voice I've ever heard and wonderful dancing skills. Other than that, the food here is disgusting and theres more flies than humans in the vicinity.

They literally had one person at the cash register and one person doing the cooking at a busy location inside Walmart. Thus, its not surprising that my Fish-o-Filet was undercooked and the fries were also with the colour being almost white, instead of golden brown, this is the worst Mickey D's franchise in all of Cambridge.

I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at the McDonald’s located inside the Waterloo Walmart. My friends and I — who are South Asian — politely asked for a cup of ice, and the manager on duty not only refused but also treated us with clear hostility, giving us dirty looks and showing obvious disrespect.
We felt we were being discriminated against based on our race. No one should be treated differently or made to feel uncomfortable for simply existing in a space. This experience left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected, and I hope the management seriously reconsiders how they train their staff — especially when it comes to customer service and racial sensitivity.

The food at this McDonalds was good. It was a little slow service, however, the food was hot and it seems like they don't have enough people working, as I only saw one person doing everything at the front.
My main issue with this location is the pricing. I ordered a Sausage McMuffin and it was $0.30 at this location than at other locations. I checked the menu and there were multiple products, some as big as a $1.00 increase, where the price is higher than at other McDonalds locations. Seems like price gouging.

This McDonalds is a joke. Use to like going to this one when the girl Erin was manager. Yesterday (Mothers Day) the girl on cash wasn't very friendly. The food is getting worse & cheaper (food wise) hamburger patties u can basicly see through & the McFlurry is now a rip off. U get more ice cream on a come then u do in a small McFlurry. Save ur money &.go to Dairy Queen!!

If you want to ever order happy meal for your kid , don’t go to this branch . They don’t even have much toy options for the happy meal. when asked they completely ignore you . Tables not even cleaned.

The atmosphere is sad workers are sad don’t even bother smiling. There was no other customer at all, it was pretty slow as there were only 2 customers including me. How do you get the order wrong with barely orders/customers??? I specifically stated that there will be mo pickles on the burger i ordered, it came with PICKLESSSS. Workers looks sad and its very depressing. Ordered a Bacon deluxe mccrispy, this thing didn’t came with BACON, lady said she did put the bacon with her hands and were like wheres the bacon??? We gave her the benefit of the doubt, we checked the burger/sandwich no bacon to be seen and gave us in a seperate container a bacon. How hard is it for admit that you did something wrong or you missed something!
