They screwed up my order. Ordered a sausage McMuffin combo with an extra sausage McMuffin & received one of them as a sausage, bacon and egg McMuffin! Come on & give the customer what they ordered!! What is on the receipt!!!

Tell me why when I go to my app and have FREE items and i printed my receipt and went to the front with it to get my order and I get told its unacceptable and that i’m stealing even tho YOU give me the food and approve the transaction every other time?? Maybe this establishment needs some better customer service because how is a customer stealing food when the employee punches in the order and approves it. The female manager with bleached white hair is the most unprofessional manager i have ever came across it’s quite disgusting to treat your customers that way when YOUR STAFF is the problem. it’s not a customers fault its YOURS SO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY!!!

If I could give you a zero I would. This is the absolute worst service I've ever had in my life. Not only was I made to wait 10 minutes for an English muffin but the coffee that he gave me was freezing cold. And he had an attitude problem. The absolute worst service I've ever seen in my life, they both need to be fired. If you can't make somebody a coffee that's hot and you don't know how to make egg McMuffins you shouldn't be working at McDonald's. They should all be fired every single one of them absolutely awful

This stores newest scam. They push to upside. Then only put a medium amount of drink in the cup. 😂 this place needs new management.

Went to the drive thru with 6 monopoly prizes. Drove up to the first window to redeem our prizes but Stephanie, a manager, said that we can only use one sticker per transaction, and that we can come inside to redeem them as well as to show us this policy, or go around the drive-thru six times for seperate transactions.

We came inside and ordered once again, and there was a seperate bag for each sticker, which is unacceptable because there were 5 bags for an order of 6 items, including a coffee.

When we asked her where in the policy does it say that you can only use one sticker per purchase, she pulled out a book. For 15 minutes, she kept looking in the book to show us the rule.

In the end, she failed to show us the policy and wasted our time for a such simple order. She should read the rules herself, and then answer questions that customers have. If there was ever a rule like this, then the kiosk would never allow you to apply an unlimited amount monopoly prizes.

For the last 3 visits we have not received any of the monopoly pieces. So this morning we asked why, and was told the contest was over! Today is November 9th it doesn't end till the 10th. So not o ly have we not received any all week. The employee outright lied to us this morning.
If a company is doing a contest they need to make sure they can fulfill their commitment.

Horrible service! The last few times I’ve been here there have been issues with my order. Today they had to remake the sandwich cause they got it wrong but left poutine sitting unheated. I remember when the majority of the staff were teens and they got the orders right more often than an entire frontline and kitchen full of adults that have no clue. Brutal store!!
