Every once in a while I order skip and get McDonald's. The last several time I did this it was this location, everytime the rootbeer was just water. Today it was the same thing but my large cup was only half full with water lol

Sadly, not impressed. Stopped for coffee and muffin; coffee was made by the same person who took our order, and then sat on the counter for good several long minutes. No one was there to reach into the cabinet to hand the two muffins to us. There was nothing quick about this stop.

As I finished my food I saw this curly black hair I have blonde hair so i know it’s not mine would not recommend coming unless u want hair in ur food,worker i asked about it said its my hair i would of liked a refund.

This McDonald's is the worst for making your order right the first time numerous times now I asked for a plain burger and never comes plain matter fact one time didn't even come with patty just cheese and bun you guys need to hire people that can read English cause clearly says on the order screen plain so why do you get wrong everything not wasting my time ag this location again

I really wanted to give this location a good review. I ordered 2 mcflurries and was handed the containers completely covered in icecream. Just a mess. I pointed it out, asked for some napkins and the person at the counter handed me napkins and said nothing. I wiped down the containers myself which took a few minutes and the manager on duty noticed and snapped at his staff. He apologized and handed me a little card in the shape of a Big Mac that said “enjoy a Big Mac or any entree of your choice.”
I thought this was great and left happy. Today I came in to cash the card in and was VERY disappointed in the response I got. For one, it’s good for a sandwich only apparently. Any entree doesn’t mean a full entree. Just a sandwich. So I asked to try the Big Arch. It’s new and I usually don’t like spending money on something I may not like. But this was a free offering due to their negligence so why not.
The girl at the counter told me no. She said the card was only good for the least expensive entrees like a Big Mac, mcchicken or nuggets. I pointed out that the card said “ANY entree of your choice” with zero stipulations saying “but not really. Just the cheap ones” and she came back saying no still. I pushed the subject and she went to ask her manager. The on duty manager said no as well. When I continued to point out the cards wording she caved and said “ok. Only this one time”… like she was doing me a favour. I just want you to stick to what the card says. Either way I got the sandwich.
I then asked how much extra to upgrade to a combo. The girl at the counter said “because you got the expensive sandwich, you have to buy the fries and drink separately. I won’t be giving a combo upgrade.”
Terrible customer service. Just pushing at every single moment of what was supposed to be an apology for serving an absolute mess.

It is normally better to drive down the street to the McDonald’s on Franklin Blvd than it is to order food from here, the management of this location has completely failed to train their staff properly. 9/10 times you will either be waiting 15 minutes or your order will be incorrect
Ordered an Egg McMuffin, Spicy habanero chicken and double Big Mac combo. The Big Mac and McMuffin was tender, the fries were crispy but the chicken burger was dry. But it was still worth the money spent !

Ordered my breakfast without cheese Clearly they enter the order in wrong (sausage McMuffin combo) as they said it doesn't have cheese. I got handed an egg belt instead for $12, I can't eat it because it has mayo ! Absolutely pathetic. The Indian girls playing with the coffee machine holding up the entire drive thru!

Stopped in for a coffee this am at counter Macdonalds on hespler road , waited longer than would be acceptable, looked like my number got lost on the order pending screen, when I asked about my number they suddenly found it and gave me my coffee, when I got in my truck and drove away it was literally hot water and cream not coffee, I stopped later at Tims and got a real coffee. If you are going to drop your prices then add some help to look after your customers and your product quality, not impressed
