I ordered a Spicy McVeggie burger through Uber Eats from this location. The receipt clearly shows Spicy McVeggie, but I received a different burger with mayo (non-spicy).
The burger was already messy and overloaded with mayo when I opened the box. I did not take a bite or touch the burger — it came like this, as shown in the photo.
I contacted Uber Eats and was told the order was not eligible for a refund. I then called the restaurant at 3:00 AM, and the staff member who answered said it was not their fault and told me to contact Uber again. She also refused to provide her name and said she could not help, even though the mistake was clearly made by the restaurant.
Very disappointing food quality and customer service, with no accountability for a clear order error.

Ordered my food girl left my tray behind the counter missing my drinks letting the food get cold while deciding to serve someone else and get their stuff. Tables were disgusting. Management talking and laughing about NYE plans instead of having employees wipe down tables. Out of 16 tables 8 of them were filthy and the restaurant had all of 2 senior couples eating. Ridiculous

I was standing at the counter and it felt like I was completely invisible. Not a single staff member acknowledged me. The manager walked past me three times without even looking in my direction. I waited there for 10 minutes.
This happened around 11:30 PM, and the level of customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I eventually just walked out without ordering. Extremely disappointing experience.

I purchased a Coke Zero and hot fudge sundae from McDonald’s this evening. Upon arriving home, I proceeded to WIPE out on my stairs. Both the drink and ice cream landed *hard* on their side. Both are perfectly intact, with very little spillage! Very impressed and happy to have my food and drink to appease my very sore back :) Impressed tbh, good job on the drink lids guys

Really awful service frome manager, hashbrown tasted freezer burnt and was super soggy. They made mistake on a beverage, acknowledged it and then had attitude when asked to remedy it. This location is going downhill.

Only come here for McCafe instead of Tim's. This location cannot get a coffee order correct 95% of the time. They never put the correct amount of sugar or sweetener. Coffee is always lukewarm... borderline cold. This is the only McDonald's in Cambridge who can't get a coffee order correct. Very disappointing
