Hardly any toppings on the Smoky Quarter Papi I ordered. For $10 burger with tax , It should have more then 1/2 teaspoon of onions and 2 pickle slices.

I have been using McDonald's for over years and am happy with their service and food. Today, I happened to visit this outlet in 400 Main St E, Cambridge, ON. Had the worst Customer service by AMANDA. She lied saying to me McDonald's doesn't provide whipped butter for Happy Meal Hotcakes with Hash browns.
I explained to her everywhere they gave, I think you have to check. She said No! We don't give. I asked her you don't provide it in this outlet or in McDonald's. Without any hesitation, She explained at McDonald's we don't give and she refused to give like she's offering me food for free.
Unfortunately, it is also to be served with syrup according to McDonald's menu (Attached). This is how they teach in McDonald's to deal with customers?.I don't know what's wrong with her. I have never seen her smiling face who is dealing with customers at morning service.
Moreover, I ordered Eat-In she served me Take out. Seems she doesn't know basic to read and understand the orders made by customers.
Later, I approached the duty manager(she's kind with a smiling face) and asked for it she just gave it away without any questions. 🙂
I'm seeing a lot of poor reviews down below in here, it shows that it has constant poor customer service. I would suggest the Franchise manager or the owner to take care of this for a better business.
And also, I can see experienced and aged people are working there with high knowledge who can be put in front for the customer service for a better business. I see many aged canadians are visiting, I demand a better and good service for them.

They always forget to give the ketchup and manager talking very rudely his name is mandeep or something. They take 20 minutes to make just four wraps.

We ordered poutine at the drive thru, after reaching the counter they said they don't have it (well okay, you could have said that at first) so then we order just regular french fries. Stale af. I don't know how old that oil was, but we could literally taste the fermented oil more than the french fries itself. Thanks for the new year gift.

Highly disappointed with the service, Uber eats an order of double beef belt, 10 nuggets, and few more. Got a a single beef patty in the burger, got 8 nuggets instead of 10, no dip sauce was served.
I know store might be busy but please don't do such unprofessional work and service.

Great service and they handled the afternoon rush really well. Even when a rude customer ruins the vibes, one of the managers on duty George (spelling? 🤷♀️) was super professional and handled himself extremely well.

I feel like food and service come hand in hand at the drive thru. This morning got two chicken mcmuffins and they were basically cold. And kind of gross tasting. Probably stale. Super disappointed. Was on way to work and didn't think it was worth my time to turn around for the cost of it.
