Great coffee with a lot of business type clientele in here a nice place to have a chat or get some work done. 2 hours of free parking in the adjacent lot. $12-15 for a sandwich at is kind of pricey for a coffee shop but they have baked goods.
My last cortado here was not the best, especially compared to before. Hopefully they were just off today.

As someone with a baby, it's not accessible with a stroller nor do they have any change tables. However, coffee and service is great. They have pour over coffee at affordable prices.

Love the service and atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and kind. Monica will be there every so often and she's always very sweet. The food and drinks are really good. I personally like mochas and they do some mean mochas. My wife mentioned their London fogs are really good, she always gets them with a double pump of vanilla. The sandwich miss Monica is really good.

Service and atmosphere is great. But the food is nothing to write home about. The coffee is way too acidic and just not good. The food is pricey and so so at best. In fact, fell a little sick from their breakfast wrap.
