Tonight we went to Montanna's, the food we had was very tasty, but not warm. The manager went above and beyond to fix it for us. We understand things happen but the willingness to fix it from the management will be bringing us back in. Our service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was clean and pricing was fair. Also the brisket was delicious!!!

Service was very slow the waitress that was serving us was very kind and polite, but was managing multiple tables. The restaurant was understaffed when the food finally arrived. It was some of the meals were cold at the table, and we were celebrating a birthday for one of our family members and the restaurant did not bring the birthday dessert or birthday song as we have requested the beginning of the dinner we then had to ask the server for our bill twice because we had been sitting for 2 1/2 hours and we're wanting to now leave still waiting on our bill would not recommend this location

We got our kids the kids “coolers” as a treat. They tasted like milk and they didn't drink them. The server didn't stick around long enough to listen to us about the drinks so we were stuck with them. My husband and I never got the drink refills we asked for. My husband's brisket was unfortunately served cold. Otherwise, for a Saturday night it was not crazy busy. We enjoyed our food other than the cold brisket and the flavourless drinks. Had our server been a little more attentive, especially since it wasn't very busy, we probably would have enjoyed ourselves a little bit more.

All good but we were seated next to 14 kids having a birthday party and were often invading our table space while the parents were seated at a table at the end and oblivious to the disruption these kids were causing. Oh well chance you take. We requested a different table further away we saw was empty but was told it was not available. We made reservations on OpenTable. Other wise food and service good. Noise level far too high

I booked our reservation through OpenTable, however when we arrived they said we don't have a reservation. They did however accommodate us which we appreciated.
Excellent service from Server Kat. Food was great, happy to use CAA offer. Glad we made reservations ahead, it was a super busy night.

I enjoyed a delicious lunch today here at Montanas steakhouse. The Best part was seeing my favourite waitress Gabby that came back to work after some time off. I had missed her! She gave me the warmest welcome. Her positivity and bubbly personality just has a special way of touching my heart and life. Those little moments of genuine kindness and connection are truly special to me. She is very high energy and efficient in this fast pace and busy environment always making sure I have everything I need and more to enjoy my meal and whole experience. It is so wonderful when a server goes above and beyond their job description and makes a lasting impression like Gabby has done for me. Thank you Gabby!! You are the BEST! I ordered the Lobster Bisque made with Tender Canadian lobster meat. For my main was the top Sirloin steak That has been aged for 50 days, seasoned to perfection and fire-grilled. It was cooked exactly the way I like it. I ordered it with a baked potato and sour cream, coleslaw and two onion rings. I also ordered the chicken burrito bowl Fire-grilled chicken on rice, roasted corn, beans, onions, cheese, red peppers, guacamole, house-made Pico de Gallo and garnished with a creamy cilantro sauce It was delicious! The environment is very country with Old trucks suspended up on the ceiling, lots of wood, neat metal chandeliers, lots of TV’s with sports playing and funny art works. Overall a pretty chill atmosphere. The only suggestion I would make to improve my experience here would be to hold off on the Christmas music until closer to Christmas. It is December 6th today and the whole Jingle Bells and we wish you a Merry Christmas tunes just felt early. 🎶 I will be back again soon!
