No issue with the subs, always good. But today we decided to eat in. Let me tell you, staff is always friendly, the lady is always awesome not mentioning names, but we had a hard time eating with her going on about a teacher or principal being a pervert, and talking about things patrons should not be listening too, my husband’s stopped eating and left, I tried to finish my sub, I just wanted to gag, I rolled what was left and threw it out, we spent roughly $45 to listen a woman going on about it, it was distasteful , unacceptable behaviour . Always remember your at a workplace

I went for sub a few weeks ago and was so displeased with it. The service was so bad and the sub was awful went back to try one more time and my sub was made by Gemma and felicity. They were so professional and polite. The sub turned out great thanks to the great service from these ladies or I would have not gone back

Cut your produce by hand. Putting massive pieces of onions and peppers in a sub is not appetizing. I do t want to bite into 2x2” piece of onion or peppers It totally takes over the flavor of everything.
Also, speak English. Looking up a customer and then looking over at your friend and speaking a foreign language is the type of thing that will stop me from coming back. Whether you are or are not, your making it appear like your talking trash about your customers. What exactly are you saying back there that a customer shouldn’t hear. It’s rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Save that for when your customers are gone or you are in the back. To me it’s common sense.

Had problems with my Mr.Sub app so I went in to the store to try to figure out the problem. After explaining my issue, I was given attitude and treated rudely by the owner’s daughter. I gave all my contact information and was assured the issue would be brought the attention of the regional manager. It’s been a month and I have not been contacted by anyone. Needless to say I will never be visiting this location again. My loyalty to Mr.Sub is waning.

Didn't put hardly any meat on the assorted sub I got. Tasted like a lettuce sandwich. They raised prices by almost a $ and a can of pop was 1.99. 🤯 If this is at every location I am done with Mr. Subflation.
