Very bad experience the truth I ordered by Uber they canceled my order for I don’t know what reason and they put in the cancellation that I call to cancel and because of them the app charged me the cancellation and I was left without my food with less money and the refund will be within 5 days it’s not worth the truth very bad experience I don’t recommend them at all

Usually decent pizza. We get pizza on Friday nights at work. I found a chunk of plastic on my meat lovers medium pizza this week. Never ordering from this place again.

I tried New Orleans for my first time a few days back and it was incredible I cant explain how well the pizza was done here. All I can say is all the rough reviews of this place make no sense because when I tried this pizza it was probably the best pizza I have had since I moved to Cambridge. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for pizza in Cambridge. The young man at the counter had excellent customer service and the pizza was incredible as well. Definitely will recommend and 100% will be returning to this place again

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Guy told me it just came out the oven 15 minutes earlier so it doesn’t need to be warmed up. It was made the day before, probably 2 days ago, it was so stale. I never do reviews on food because I’m not picky but if you like cold pizza bread that is 90% dough and old while being told it’s fresh, just go to loblaws and get it cheaper from the bread section of the store.
I ordered a pizza and a slice but got home to find they had not given me the slice. I had to drive all the way back, only to find that the pizza taste like it had been sitting there all day, it was awful, i'll never go back again.

Amazing and absolutely delicious, what else can I say. This location has so many options and makes amazing food. We can not wait to try it again and again. There are so many things we want to try here and will. The staff was very polite and our food was ready and made perfectly very fast on a walk in order. I highly recommend a visit to this location and definitely try the Cup and Char Pizza OMG IT'S SO GOOD.

We order pizza every so often and it usually comes raw in the crust. Today was no different, ordered 3 different pizza's and all 3 had crust that was raw again. I also asked when ordering well done.
