I tried New Orleans for my first time a few days back and it was incredible I cant explain how well the pizza was done here. All I can say is all the rough reviews of this place make no sense because when I tried this pizza it was probably the best pizza I have had since I moved to Cambridge. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for pizza in Cambridge. The young man at the counter had excellent customer service and the pizza was incredible as well. Definitely will recommend and 100% will be returning to this place again

Worst pizza I’ve ever had. Guy told me it just came out the oven 15 minutes earlier so it doesn’t need to be warmed up. It was made the day before, probably 2 days ago, it was so stale. I never do reviews on food because I’m not picky but if you like cold pizza bread that is 90% dough and old while being told it’s fresh, just go to loblaws and get it cheaper from the bread section of the store.

I ordered a pizza and a slice but got home to find they had not given me the slice. I had to drive all the way back, only to find that the pizza taste like it had been sitting there all day, it was awful, i'll never go back again.

Amazing and absolutely delicious, what else can I say. This location has so many options and makes amazing food. We can not wait to try it again and again. There are so many things we want to try here and will. The staff was very polite and our food was ready and made perfectly very fast on a walk in order. I highly recommend a visit to this location and definitely try the Cup and Char Pizza OMG IT'S SO GOOD.

We order pizza every so often and it usually comes raw in the crust. Today was no different, ordered 3 different pizza's and all 3 had crust that was raw again. I also asked when ordering well done.

I am surprised by the amount of 1 star ratings. We ordered from New Orleans for the first last week and we're both impressed with the quality. Toppings were correct and the crust was amazing.

Bought a medium 3 topping pizza. Tasted like crap. Looks like someone threw up. They don't know how to make pizza. Cheap on cheese and sauce.
Horrible service. Ordered a vegetarian pizza and it came with meat on it. When called they said I would have to got back to the store to get a new one or they would only give a credit for half the pizza. The order before requested dairy free cheese and they messed that up too. Vegetarians and vegans beware.. they have no respect for dietary restrictions.

I got home with my pizza to find that there was so much sauce that it was exploding out of the sides in between every slice. It was also so barely cooked that the dough was almost raw. It was all the same beige colour across the entire bottom of the pizza. I honestly was irritated enough to call customer service to be offered a 50% credit towards my next pizza. They won't deliver a new pizza as it was a pickup order. How is it fair to offer a 50% credit when the restaurant made 100% of the pizza completely unenjoyable? I will never return to another New Orleans.
