Wrong Order & Rude Response – Terrible Experience
Ordered a chicken shawarma wrap with spicy garlic sauce, but got home to find a beef wrap with tahini instead — completely wrong. When I called the store, I was met with zero accountability. The manager flat-out refused to remake the correct order and said, “We can’t just give out free food, that’s a loss.”
Excuse me? The mistake was on their end.
No apology, no refund, no fix. Just attitude.
This isn’t how you treat paying customers. Won’t be coming back.

Extremely Disappointed – Wrong Order, No Accountability
We visited Osmow’s to order a falafel with veggies on a rice base, but when we got home and opened the bag, we were shocked to find falafel on the rocks instead. Upon calling the store to let them know, not only did they refuse to remake the correct meal, but the manager outright said, “My store is going to lose $15”—as if that justifies terrible customer service.
No refund. No resolution. Just complete disregard for the customer’s experience.
Absolutely unacceptable. Never returning again.

I’ve been coming to this shawarma place for a while, but things have changed for the worse. The staff now are rude and unprofessional—one of them didn’t even make an effort to communicate properly and kept giving nasty looks. It felt like they didn’t want to serve us at all.
The wait for the food was also much longer than before. The previous staff were way better; they were friendly, efficient, and made the experience enjoyable. Sadly, this isn’t the place it used to be. I hope management takes notice and makes some changes.

The customer service was terrible—one of the staff members was barely understandable and seemed uninterested in helping. On top of that, he kept giving us unfriendly looks, which made the experience even worse.
The service has really gone downhill since the previous staff left; they were much better and more professional. Now, even the food took longer than usual to prepare. I hope the management can improve the service and bring back the quality we used to enjoy.
