Osmow’s Cambridge never disappoints. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked — from the shawarma to the sauces, everything is on point. Portions are generous and totally worth the price.
The staff are friendly, fast, and welcoming, even during busy hours. You can really feel the positive energy when you walk in. The place is clean, well-organized, and has a nice, relaxed atmosphere whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout.
Definitely one of the best spots in Cambridge for a satisfying meal. Highly recommended!

We ordered food through Uber Eats, and the delivered food worth of $98.00 (with fees) was stale, beef was dry from being old and rice smelled and tasted toxic. I have serious concerns about the food quality and safety. I called the restaurant, and the person who answered the phone told me to call back and when I did, she just didn’t understand what I was saying and said she can’t give me refund. Horrible service. I went to this location frequently and multiple times and I can tell a difference between fresh and stale and spoiled food. I will never step foot in that place. Disgusting.

My wife and I were looking for a good shawarma place to order in for dinner and I had often seen these guys every time I passed by the Cambridge mall so we decided to try them out. The wraps were excellent! I got a chicken shawarma wrap and my wife got the halloumi cheese wrap, both very tasty and fresh and spicy! We'll be ordering again for sure.

This was my first time ordering here and it was not busy. I was asked about spice level and sauce while waiting. A lady staff member handed me the order, and I started eating before realizing it was the wrong order. Another customer also complained about receiving the wrong order. Instead of accepting the mistake, the staff member accused me of taking the wrong order, even though she handed it to me and it was the only order on the counter. She could have clearly confirmed the order before giving it. Being accused like this was insulting. This was my first experience and will likely be my last.
Bought a chicken swharma bowl and when I got home and started eating, I wasn't even half way through it and almost threw up. The meat tasted off, rice was dry. I came back and got a refund but I'm still giving a 1 star because there's no way that meat was good. It was definitely spoiled or at least mishandled to cause it to spoil. I won't be back here again

Went in and ordered take out, my toppings looked like it was from the leftover salad mix from the Oz box special with items I did not want and with very large pieces. The meat in the box was also very inconsistent with very large pieces mixed with much smaller ones. After I finished completing my order, two employees started arguing behind the counter. Will most definitely not be returning.
