I’ve been coming to this shawarma place for a while, but things have changed for the worse. The staff now are rude and unprofessional—one of them didn’t even make an effort to communicate properly and kept giving nasty looks. It felt like they didn’t want to serve us at all.
The wait for the food was also much longer than before. The previous staff were way better; they were friendly, efficient, and made the experience enjoyable. Sadly, this isn’t the place it used to be. I hope management takes notice and makes some changes.

I’ve been a regular customer at this shawarma shop, but my recent visit was a big letdown. The customer service was terrible—one of the staff members was barely understandable and seemed uninterested in helping. On top of that, he kept giving us unfriendly looks, which made the experience even worse.
The service has really gone downhill since the previous staff left; they were much better and more professional. Now, even the food took longer than usual to prepare. I hope the management can improve the service and bring back the quality we used to enjoy.

This place has gone downhill over the years. The last order was the last straw. Tasteless food and stale ingredients.
Garlic sauce left off of rice. They asked for feedback in the order email and when I provide it, the Owner responds in a rude manner: very defensive. I will not recommend or visit this location again.

I bought a med on the rox and a lg half and half of on the rox and stix, total came up to around $32. Was excited for a filling meal however it was the worst meal I've had in a while. My rice was hard and didn't taste fresh, and my chicken was hard and not fresh either. I was so disappointed and embarrassed as I was eating with my mother in law. She couldn't even get through her meal she ended up tossing it. And by the time I finished eating a quarter of it my jaw was hurting because of how hard the food was. I tried calling them and they didn't pick up I called at least 6 times throughout the day and also left a msg. No response, I do not recommend. Totally turned off from going to Osmows.
