I placed an order through the app around 10:00 PM, but I didn’t receive my food until after 11:00 PM — more than an hour later. The staff handled the situation very unprofessionally, claiming that the restaurant was closed even though my order had already been accepted. When I finally received the food, it was of extremely poor quality — completely disappointing and not worth the wait. They even packed some leftovers and labeled it as shawarma. The staff’s rude and dismissive attitude made the experience even worse. I’ll definitely not be returning to this place again.

It would help if you actually HIRED WORKERS WHO SPOKE ENGLISH to understand my order. Disrespect when I came back to return my food that was made incorrect. The beef is chewier than gum, strings of fat in it. The tables in the store are not even cleaned or wiped out. Wouldn’t even return my meal even though THEY MADE IT WRONG. WASTED MY MONEY. SCAM GOING THERE. Disrespect staff. I’ve been there beyond multiple times because I enjoyed osmows food and now this is what happens ?

One of worst management ever i seen in the osmows . its not the first time i see there is only two people work in rush time . How they manage everything . Everyone is watching their faces and they work like robots 🤖. I went there yesterday after 7 and today morning as well i see same thing , big line all the way . Please change your management if you want more customers like me in the future. Overall your food was tasty and fresh thats the only thing inspire me come to your place rather than going on other location.

Cashier was totally absent mind. I waited for more than 20 mins for my order standing right in front of the counter. And then I asked her about my order- “she said oh! I forgot about it, give me 2 mins I will make it”. I was already disappointed and then when I received the order she made it wrong. It ruined my whole dinner. I didnot even care to ask the cashier her name as it was already too late. I went on Sept10 (Wednesday) evening 5:30pm. If owner of the store sees this review please figure out with her and give her proper training. Unfortunately, this is the only store near to my house and I have to go there amd like Osmow’s food. But I guess this was my last visit to this store.

We ordered 5 chicken on salad , lamb on salad and beef on salad at 1.30 pm . One turban guy took my order nicely and describe everything in perfect manner . That guy and one girl made our order fresh and fast which save our time . We will see you guys again for sure .
