:) This place makes me love fish and chips! I give my compliments to the chef.

They don’t start your order until you arrive, I even tried calling before picking up to confirm it was ready, was told yes, 10 minutes later I get there and of course it’s not ready and have to wait when I called to confirm it was ready.

Food portions have gone down hill, half a piece of fish and they’ve shrunk amount of fries down as well.

Spend your money else where, for $20 you should get more than this

I have eaten here about 6 months ago and it was very good.
Tonight I ordered halibut and chips and it was the smallest piece of fish and it was so dry. They did not give us tar tar sauce or even a lemon slice.
For the price it was definitely not worth it.
I will not order from here again.

The worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. The fish was advertised to be 5 ounces but was no more than 2. Delivered cold. When Otter’s first opened it was a 5. No longer.

I came here to cambridge to visit someone. My guy said to try otters, and i didnt regret trying it out. I love fish or seafood in general and Otters is just so good and not a let down. I love the jumbo shrimp though.
I wish they have it in Toronto.

I had the cod and chips. The cod did not taste fresh. It honestly tasted like the fish was on the verge of going bad. The chips were lackluster. Tiny portion of slaw that took 2 forkfulls to finish. Won't be back.

Received nice friendly greeting when entering.
Food was tasty and filling.
My fish was crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside.

Overall it was a great visit.

Dad could not stop talking about this place so today we came for some fish and chips and battered mushrooms. Well...he did not lie! What a absolute beautiful piece of fish! About half inch thick piece of cod, beautifully flakes. The batter is super thin, light and crispy! Even the lemon on the plate is fresh not beaten up lol. Tarter sauce is creamy and homemade everyday! Will I be back? Pffff does a fish have lips?! Yep I will be back often xoxox

The best fish chips & coleslaw in town.
