YUM! Is one word to describe the food here! Not only is the inside of the restaurant so cute, and such a lovely lady at the checkout, but the platter size was an amazing portion and the food was delicious! Perfectly cooked and not too much batter in comparison to the fish or shrimp. The seasoned fries were a perfect touch, and the coleslaw was great to end the meal!

Was excited to try this place based on the reviews, I called ahead of time on good Friday to make sure my family and I would be able to eat and I was assured if I showed up after 6pm I would be able to place my order because they wouldn't be as busy. I scheduled my whole day around this and when I went in to order at 6 I was told "I don't remember what I said on the phone and I wouldn't be able to place an order till after 8 pm. Very disappointed.

We went to Otters today and ordered Halibut and Chips. It was a big chunk of fish, very well cooked and delicious and they have the best seasoned fries. Their customer service is amazing. This is now my favourite fish and chips restaurant.

Homemade tartar sauce, homemade ketchup and gravy!Friendly attentive service.Thick cut fresh fries and lightly battered super crispy fish.2 piece pollock and chips is only $16 for a very filling nice portion size.Coleslaw was nice and creamy with a slight sweet flavor. Bathroom is actually really needing attention - very dirty and disgusting
We got take out this evening, got an excellent deal on the Pollock on a two for one. Staff were super friendly, and the fish and fries were delicious. The cole slaw was amazing!Thanks for the fantastic meal! We will be back again!

We stopped in and got one piece of haddock and chips each. Was extremely impressed by the gentleman behind the counter very professional, polite and nice. He made sure our order was correct and it came quickly. The fish and chips was excellent, not greasy and cooked perfectly. We will definitely be back. We highly recommend this place.
