Ordered 2xlarge pizzas with extra toppings and a medium cheese pizza for delivery. Cost $115. Out ragiously priced. Last time from there.
The whole shop was filled with Gujrati's and they were simply harassing the customers and delivery guys. No nameplates of the employees and they were eating food from the inside kitchen. Disgusting. The shop has 10 people and no ongoing orders.

Ordered a couple pizzas with a 2L of Pepsi Zero Sugar. They ran out apparently so they just replaced it with a regular Pepsi. When asked about it the driver said he will go back and get the right one.
5 minutes later, I gst a phone call from him telling me they didn't have any left and if I could "just deal with it". I said I paid for the Zero Sugar, not regular Pepsi. The driver then told me they're super busy and asked if I can just deal with it again. I demanded a refund or what I paid for. They magically had a Pepsi Zero Sugar.
I love being lied to and told to deal with it. Thanks Papa John's. For 63$ for 2 pizzas and some pop, you'd expect better customer service.

I really enjoy ordering from this location while visiting friends in Cambridge. The amount of toppings is perfect and consistent everytime I order. Furthermore, the staff went out of their way to inform me to contact customer service for a $6 refund on the delivery fee when I accidentally placed a delivery order when I meant to place a carryout order. Overall, I have been very pleased when ordering pizza from this location.

I usually wouldn't bother to rate a fast-food chain such as pizza, but Nand's customer service went way above & beyond which absolutely warranted a stellar review.
Very clean and friendly staff with positive attitude. Definitely visiting back for yummy pizza. Highly recommended place.
