Food: I shared a filthy large sandwich with my spouse, she ate one half, and I finished the other half. She got some meat in her half and said that the sandwich was okay. I personally didn't get much meat, mostly some vegetables, and I found the sandwich average at best. My last bite was moslty sliced jalapeños so I felt my mouth was burning and couldn't feel my tongue for a while. The food looked fresh, but the taste was disappointing, so I can only give this place a 2*

Service: Although the staff was polite and courteous, the fact that the filling was not mixed and evenly distributed in the sandwich made the experience worse. Also, although a tip was given when paying for the order, I feel asking for a tip for a takeout was inappropriate. You didn't provide an extra service, so why would you even ask for a tip? Spending over $20 for a sandwich also seems too much. 3* for service is very generous.

Atmosphere: The place looked clean, but they were missing any ambiance music being played in the background, so the only sounds you heard were the cooking noise and staff talking another language. Also, there was no baby chair available for a guest deciding to dine in. 3* is for atmosphere.

The food I had was ok, was good portion size and fresh. But the worker that served us did not listen to our order and punch it in wrong so when we got our food it was wrong and we were missing parts of our meals. Would be willing to try again but it wasn’t a good first impression.

Really sad they don’t have a dedicated fryer for French fries. It makes their “Gluten Free” items not actually gluten free. We used to enjoy eating here before they started frying other items in with the fries. I hope they go back to having a fry fryer and providing actually gluten free items

Lettuce, tomato and pickle DO NOT belong on a cheesesteak sandwich. NO cheese sauce, really? You shouldn't have to ask for cheese sauce on a cheesesteak it should be automatic to be authentic. Fries weren't seasoned and dry.
