I placed a pickup order for poutine fries They didn’t add enough sauces—just dry and overcooked fries. This was my first time ordering from this store, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

Stopped by Friday around dinnertime and was drawn in by the homemade shakes and Smashburger vibes. They didn't have any milkshake and the burger I got was inedible. The bread was like a kitchen sponge soaked for some reason and the patties were not even browned. The poutine was not terrible good handcut fries with real curds but it was cold by the time I got home (7 min drive). Fries likely should have been crispier or hot to start with.

I was the only person in the restaurant and the two staff looked like they were busy, keeping the place clean and whatnot so that's nice but I felt like they hated each other and that I was a nuisance for just wanting to order food. Service was super quick. Wish they had milkshakes and that the burger was edible though... 50 bucks down the drain.

Nice staff, but wow — this place really brings shame to Philthy Philly’s. The Waterloo location is so much better. Everything here tasted watered down — from the meat and cheese whiz to the “kicked-up horsey” sauce. Nothing had any flavour, and the buns weren’t even toasted. Do better.

The quality of the buns are poor. Seem like a hot dog bun.The steak was ok but the bun made the sandwich overall taste not great.

I mean gotta give these guys 5 stars because and Ill tell ya great guys very friendly and even through in some free spuds if you want a juicy smash burger this is the place !!!! Thanks dudes made me smile !

Tried the phill up , not worth it frozen steak meat they just throw it on the grill , I asked for some sauce to dip the fries in the guy asked me for a dollar something , he forgot to give me my drink . Felt like I was eating there for free the way the guy walking to me . The veggies were fresh tho .

I just visited here. We had loaded poutine with grilled cheese sandwich. It was amazing. Highly recommend.

Refused customers at 9:48 pm but left open sign on. Technically open till 10 pm but just told us they were closed and they were not taking any orders.

I understand orders at the end of the night suck, but if you are closed, turn the sign of and set your hours accordingly. Thank you :)
