I've been here several times. Normally, I would go for the gyro but this time I tried the chicken. It was overcooked and very dry... maybe the previous days leftovers? I had a hard time chewing some bites and it was not enjoyable.

This place has really went down hill. I used to come here Atleast once a week. Now I rarely go and tonight I am reminded why. I paid $15 for a half a cup of lettuce a chicken breast 3 turnips and 5 hot peppers. Half the lettuce was wilty and the lack of offerings (only allowed two vegetables in a salad??) Was really disappointing.Giving two stars because I've been a long time supporter of this business, and the staff are always friendly and service is quick. Hopefully they will do better with quality going forward

The chicken Caesar wrap was delicious the chicken was moist but not soggy, the Caesar dressing to rest of the wrap was on point. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to all looking for any kind of food.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The service was horrible and the food was even worse . I ordered a Falafel Plate and it was disgusting. The rice was sticky, the falafel was hard and it tasted like the food was old. I would not recommend this to anyone. We threw the food away after 2 bites.

Nothing personal but the food looked and smelled funny, when I opened my chicken salad it smelled like wet moldy mop and tasted weird, and the gyro meat looked unappetizing, the prize paid was not reflected in the quality, had to throw out, will never, ever! Go back to this location.

OK. My wife and I ate here. We got a pita and a pop each. The food here is very fresh and very good. The biggest pita I've ever eaten. Out of all the pita and Shawarma restaurants I've tried, these guys (Steve and Steve) have the most variety. I'd give 6 out of 5 stars. I like the fact that these guys will also engage in an actual conversation. Very friendly. The atmosphere inside is clean, updated and inviting. You get more than your money's worth. Just wish that we hadn't waited so long to try it here.

Kid-friendliness: Yes.

Parking: Lots of parking.

Dietary restrictions: You basically customize the pita the way you want, or order a vegetarian platter.

If you're looking for a pre-game meal prior to heading the the Ice-Park this is the place to go!For the last few years this has been my favourite pita place in the region and I look forward to every Tuesday, scarfing down a delicious & fresh pita in the parking lot right before I hit the ice and disappointment my team.

The best pita in Cambridge. They don’t skimp out on toppings, everything is fresh and the meat is fantastic.Great value for the food especially with the post Covid inflation. The owner is a great guy, since moving to Cambridge my wife and I have enjoyed the pitas here several times and the owner has always been pleasant and talked with us. Don’t go anywhere else for a pita.

I love pita factory. Great ingredients make great food. My only complaint is I wish the main guy usually working would not be so light on the toppings, especially when you say extra of something. If you don't want to give unlimited produce topping tell me before and I would pay extra to not have to ask 3 times for enough cucumbers lol.

Nothing personal. Just my opinion. Not fresh food, and it was very felt. I thought there would be meat (beef), as a result, some kind of meat substitute. It was difficult to finish eating, despite the fact that I am not particularly picky. In general, so-so, over the past few years I have not eaten worse pita.

I've been going here for years and it's always delicious. Great service and best pitas in town!

I've never gone out of my way to write a review, but I felt pretty compelled after my experience here. The toppings had a couple fruit flies in the green peppers and corn.I asked if there were any fresh vegetables, and the employee replied that these were fresh. I was apprehensive at the least, and I regret not asking for a refund at this point.I got the greek platter and the rice did not taste fresh at all, and I wouldn't have been comfortable serving it as someone who has worked in the industry. This was my first and last time going to Pita Factory, and would strongly recommend against it.
