I went to the 101 Holiday Inn Drive location and my experience was really good. The staff was very friendly and the overall vibe was very positive. They were very helpful and even added extra toppings in my pita when I asked. Customer service was great. I will surely visit this place again. 😊

The team was attentive, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. They didn’t hesitate to customize my pita and were happy to help. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely be visiting again.

I got the smallest pita I've ever seen. I get the feeling that they have raised the prices and they give the absolute minimum of everything they can. Reading other reviews this seems to be a trend at this location. My pita was almost as thin as a fork with the wrapper still on it.

I love Pita Pit, but most of the time when I order Uber Eats from this location and ask for chipotle mango seasoning, not the sauce, they still put the sauce on my rice bowl. I don’t like the sauce, and it makes the meal uneatable. I usually make a point to specify that I want the seasoning only, but on the rare occasions I forget, that’s exactly when the sauce gets added. It’s really frustrating, and it would be nice if there was a bit more attention to detail, especially considering the markup on Uber.

I’m sad because I can’t give a star review. I received the smallest saddest looking pita with barely anything in it. Overpriced and not worth it

I find it interesting that every time I order the same size of pita the price changes. Some times it is closer to $16 and other times it's $14 and change. Not sure why that is? Also, could you stop skimmping on the chicken. Going to a different location where there is more consistency.

I recently visited Pita Pit and had an amazing experience! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. This is the worst pita pit that I’ve ever been to. Hardly any chicken on a pita, and the stuff wasn’t friendly at all. To put the mushrooms on the grill it was a big deal. If I could, I give him zero instead of one star

I travel around a bit for work but spend a lot of time at our office in Hespeler and have been going to this Pita Pit a couple times a week for years. It is BY FAR the BEST Pita Pit location I have visited. Wonderful staff and owners. Generous portions, quality ingredients. Amazing!!

Whenever I go to this Pita Pit, I am always so happy with my food and service. They do a great job at keeping things fresh and delicious!

I have been to this location many times and its always been a great experience. The customer service girl named Kirpa is so nice and kind she always helps and recommend what’s best to try there.

I had a very rushed experience today, even though I noted that I was new to the store. When I asked for little onions I got a lot… and a lot of sauces when asked for a little. Then, I only got like 2 chunks of chicken on it, wrapped it and literally dropped it into a bag. This is leaving me really confused as to what I paid 11$ for?? I will not be returning or promoting this place..
