I come on a regular basis after trying a few different Pita Pit locations around town. The service is great and the food is consistently fresh, which cannot be said for every location. Excellent establishment.

Man I used to come here everyday on my break and get a pita to the point where if I was so exhausted and didn’t ask for my usual order correctly the wonderful pita angels would stop and make sure I actually wanted what I was asking for. This place just hits way better than any other pita pit I’ve gone to and I miss it very dearly ever since I moved to Guelph. The sizes of the pitas are GREAT and with every store lacking in quality and size lately it’s a great feeling to get your moneys worth. I still get pitas all the time but I can’t hide my disappointment it wasn’t made from this store because whatever the hell they do is way better. Only complaint would be one worker who’s extra crabby and it reflects in her pitas but she doesn’t work very often so I don’t care that much.

Went to PitaPit last week and it was amazing experience. Everything was neat and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Tried their falafel bowl. It was good and must try other varieties too
I had a great experience here! Krisha prepared my pita and she was incredibly friendly and welcoming. You can tell she takes pride in what she does — she made my pita perfectly and made the whole experience even better with her positive attitude. The ingredients were fresh, the pita was delicious, and the service was excellent. My favorite is the chicken pita and Krisha made it just right. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The person who served me today came across as quite rude and seemed bothered by basic requests. When I asked for extra sauce, they let out a sigh and rolled their eyes.
I completely understand if there are policies around portions, but the attitude made the experience uncomfortable.
I usually enjoy coming here, but this interaction really left a bad impression. I hope management can remind staff that being respectful and friendly makes a big difference in the overall experience.

I had a lot of diarrhea after going there last night. That was the first time going there they did not put the meat on the grill for that long on the Pita was falling apart. How to use a spoon to finish it I got woken up in the night that I had to go to the bathroom and had a lot of diarrhea and then again in the morning and the afternoon
