I had a wonderful experience at Pizza Hut today! While waiting for my pizza to be ready, I noticed how friendly and welcoming Monika and Jaspreet were with every customer who walked in. Their positive energy created such a great atmosphere. On top of that, the pizza tasted absolutely amazing—fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Excellent service combined with delicious food made it a perfect visit. Thank you, Monika and Jaspreet, for making the experience so enjoyable!

Just had a great experience at this Pizza Hut! We weren’t sure what to order, but the salesgirl (let’s just call her Miss G) recommended a pizza that turned out to be amazing. We absolutely loved it.Really appreciated her patience too,she answered all our questions with a smile and made the whole process smooth and pleasant. It’s always nice when someone takes that extra bit of effort to make you feel welcome. Great service and great food. We’ll definitely be coming back!

While the food tasted delicious and was hot and fresh, it doesn’t get 5 or 4 stars because of the portion size and the advertising associated to the product. Purchased the pull apart bread, tastes amazing, but the portion size does not equal to what they advertise. This does not serve 8 people unless you’re talking children portions. I’m not one for gluttoness portions or over indulging but this is sad when it’s smaller than my average sized man hands. Otherwise this location was quick to make the food and have it prepared, although they never did confirm it with the online ordering service so if your waiting, it’s probably ready and they didn’t make the order ready. Also a little rude with the lady at cash as I left her a tip and no thank you or appreciation.

The employees at this location were super courteous and patient when placing an order compare to the other franchise locations in the area. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be back.
Website doesn't allow you to place an order to pay. App doesn't allow you to place an order to pay, they also don't answer the phone. Not sure how they are hoping to make money.

This Pizza Hut location (holiday Inn drive, Cambridge) has the best people working there. I had placed an order online for pick-up. But when I went there to pick up my order, the staff said that they don’t have the order in their system. I showed the order confirmation AND the “ready-for-pickup” notification. She spoke to her manager and took a picture of my order number. They made my order for me even though they didn’t have it in their system. They were very polite too. Thank you Pizza Hut team (this location specifically)! You made our pizza night even more special.
