The lady working there left the pizza in the oven for over 5 minutes (while beeping to take out) instead she went to the cash register where people were just starting to come in and didn’t pause to go get it. As a result the pizza was burnt and I honestly have never had a pizza that thin in my life (did not ask for it) I don’t even know if it qualifies as pizza or a chip. Also no gloves at all or hand washing between cash register and making pizza….

Respected Owner of this Store... I would like to Draw your Attention about my recent Experience at 8.45 pm 30 august sunday...
I came with my 4 other friends and We were discussing which pizza we gonna Place ... The Guy specifically the old guy with spectacles... He was so rushing and kept telling us what our order... It's not even 5 min. That we standing...
He leaves the Front premises and Again Same attitude and come again with rush... Not even ask politely about anything....
Finally we decided to leave the store.
I went back to tell him we cancel order... But This guy has no regret that customers are going back and Not satisfied...
I kindly Urge you specifically Owner manager and Supervisor.... Please teach them how to talk with customer and how to take order....
FYI... I used to work in restaurant industry more than 3 years... But never feel this kind of Disgusting service
I repeat old guy with Spectacles .. (Day- 30 august (8.45pm)
I'll not come again here and Trust me will tell everyone that not visit this store ...

Had visited to pickup order placed through “Too good to go” to try out how it works and the person handed only single order whereas i had ordered 2 Prepared meals from the app. It was my first time order through the App. He did not even ask me about the quantity and just handed me the order as quickly as he can thereby asking me to swipe order completion status on the App. The employee lacked courtesy and I am disappointed with the behaviour. I have also raised a concern regarding the same with the App support team for their awareness.
