I recently visited this place and had a great experience. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The crust was just right—not too thick or too thin—and the toppings were generous. The staff was friendly and service was quick. Overall, a solid spot for a good slice of pizza. I'd definitely come back.

Amazing pizza and customer service, restaurant is neat and clean
The customer service at this location was extremely poor. The employees struggled with English communication and seemed unaware of basic customer service practices, such as greeting customers or saying thank you. The staff member who took my order was not only unfriendly but appeared untrained, leading to another employee stepping in to assist. Unfortunately, the second employee also seemed unsure of the procedures, and she was wearing AirPods, distracted by her phone, and did not wear gloves or wash her hands before handling the food. I would not recommend this location at all.

If I could give zero stars I would. This pizza pizza location on Hespeler is terrible. The customer service was the worst of them all. These people that work there do not know how to talk to their customers. So moving on to the pizza itself, it is one of the worst pizza my family and I tried. It was very dry and the chicken looked like it was not cooked. Overall, I would not recommend coming here, instead spend your money at New Orleans pizza.

Pizzas are not cooked properly now even the guy working over there was not ready to accept his mistake and keep on saying by the way it is properly cooked. I think he need to learn how to deal and respect customers. Never going back to this place.

I ordered a Large Tropical Hawaiian pizza from Uber Eats, but I received the wrong order. It's disappointing to experience such carelessness with something as simple as a pizza order. This isn't the first time I've had issues with my orders from Uber Eats. I hope they can improve their service and attention to detail. It's frustrating to pay for something specific and not get what you wanted. I expect better service in the future.
