They cut the spicy sausage in half that’s absolutely ridiculous . Pizza pizza if you’re reading this please control who you give your franchises to as your franchisees are ruining your name . People want good pizza and would pay extra just don’t cheat people like this. Pathetic ..

My pizza was soggy the crust was burnt an to make matters worse they put salt lots of it on the pizza to the point it wasn’t edible an had to throw it out.

Avi was great. He made pizza really fresh and loaded. It was very delicious. He was very friendly. I forget my phone there and later got a call from him about that.
I ordered 2 medium pizzas 1 was burnt and other as if water fell on it , it was soaking wet from the centre we were so disappointed and angry as it completely spoilt our celebration !!! They sent a replacement and the delivery guy expected us to take out the pizza from garbage as he wanted to see it like seriously ??? Here comes the best part the replacement pizza were exactly same burnt n other soaking wet !!! 0 star absolutely thumbs down ?

Pathetic service, the quality of pizza was just a disaster, it was soggy, and watery, i don’t know who makes a pizza like that. We had to rebake it at our home after getting it from the store. We called the customer service and they said we will send you another set of Pizzas. The pizza came after 40 minutes. The guy who came to deliver pizza asked us get the pizza out of trash that we had trashed what was left over. I checked the pizza that was delivered and it was the same condition the pizza was soft, not properly baked the dough was loose and when confronted, the guy who got the pizza said that is because of the toppings. ROFL the toppings were raw, the dough was not baked, the toppings had the whole pizza made wet and watery. And this guy was ill-mannered, shrewed as if he is doing a favor, i returned him both the boxes, and the thankless, mannerless, guy just picked the boxes tried to lecture me on how a pizza is made and left smiling.
Please its a humble request to the franchise to kindly intervene and figure out what is happening at this store. Improve the quality or shut it down. The staff in store may be good but they don’t know how to make a thin crust pizza with some Toppings on it. Their side of argument was that it was watery because of toppings lol

My 16 year old daughter went into the Pizza Pizza on Franklin and Dundas asking for help getting safely to her car after she was verbally harassed and followed by someone outside the Dollarama. They told her they couldn’t leave and didn’t offer to help her or call someone or anything.

The past two experiences were horrible. I truly believe some sort of hygiene issue might be the case as before these two times I don’t ever recall having such a sick stomach, as well as my friend who us both had terrible bowel problems. I truly believe that a much throughly hygiene inspection should be taken into account as i’m confident some sort of bad bacteria is the culprit. After these occurrence, it’s hurtful to not trust pizza pizza as i once did. Something truly needs to be changed.
