DO NOT RECOMMEND. Ordered Online to our work place and the website delivered to our home address from this place mistakenly. That wouldn’t be a big problem since it was our home address BUT not only did the delivery driver yell at my partner through the phone for what was their websites mistake. Our roommate watched as They drove off with our food AND worst of all they lied to us about a refund which we still have not received. When Customer Service called this restaurant they even lied to their own corporate stating we were not charged. Most unprofessional location i’ve ever experienced. Go anywhere but here.

Called at 7:40pm for pickup. Call centre said it would be ready for pickup in 20min-ready for my lunch break at 8pm. Went into the location on Queen St in Cambridge & food wasn’t even started-telling me it’ll only take “3min” 🙄 I told her forget it, I’m on my lunch break and didn’t have time to wait. Worst service since these new people took over this location. Couldn’t even get a slice of if I wanted one because the one slice they had in the display was dried out. Never going back. And to quote James Pietrogallo, “if I could give it zero stars, I would”

They advertise discount on one topping pizza and when you ask chicken as your topping boom not covered as its a premium topping. I anyways ended up paying extra for chicken but unfortunately the quantity was bare minimum. I am glad it was less cause almost half of it was raw and not cooked well.
