It really pains me so say anything, and I'm attempting to be as polite as possible when giving any review but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Popeyes period.
The food is good as always, but when I come in with only 1 small family in the restaurant and myself to place an order at the exact same time and told it'll be 7 minutes, I expect 10 or a little bit more if it's busy and that's okay. I understand it, but when 30 minutes goes by and I'm asked what my order was aswell as another gentlemen who ordered like 10 minutes after me is insane. I waited 40 minutes for something that shouldn't not have taken 40 minutes..

My experience at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen was absolutely fantastic! The food was incredibly delicious, with every bite bursting with flavor. The service was excellent, very efficient and friendly, making the visit a real pleasure. The atmosphere was also great, very welcoming and enjoyable. I highly recommend Popeyes for anyone looking for a truly satisfying and top-notch dining experience.

Ordered from uber eats. Order arrived without drinks. Delivery guy said that the store didn't give the drink. When i called the store, the guy who responded was extremely unprofessional and rude saying the store didnt make any mistake. Turns out my driver went back and found out that the store was at fault. Please train your staff on how to speak with customers and how to deal with mishaps. He just hung up randomly with no resolution.

Nothing is ready. They wait till your order and ready to pay before they tell you that you have to wait 15-20 mins for food to be ready. Seen people change minds walk over to one of the other places open for faster service.

Ordered online Restaurant said they didn’t have the order even though I showed them proof of payment and the order receipt. I Will never go to a Popeyes again and will tell everyone I know that they rip you off of money.

Need to update your hours and close food delivery apps! Many times I have physically gone during opening hours and the restaurants closed or ordered via mobile and the order gets cancelled because the restaurant again is closed upon the couriers arrival…
