When you buy a 20 piece bucket and they cut their chickens into 10 pieces, what do you expect to get. I expect to get 20 pieces totalling 2 whole chickens. I think that a reasonable assumption. That would be 4 wings, 4 upper breasts (the ribs section), 4 lower breasts (the tenderloin section), 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks. Well this restaurant doesn't think that. I got 7 thighs, 6 wings, 6 drumsticks and 1 upper breast. So my 20 piece bucket I got 10% white meat and 90% dark meat. Even KFC would give you more white pieces than that. That restaurant can keep their buckets. I’ll never go back to that restaurant again. The chicken was totally under seasoned. There should be zero star options, because really they aren’t even one star. These restaurants think that their customers are stupid. I believe that we have to spread the word about these lousy restaurants. Use social media to tell other customers how they are treating us. Stop going to these restaurants. When they lose their customers and lose their investments, other restaurants will think twice about treating their customers like trash.

I have visited alot of Popeyes but this Popeyes is omg. Food quality is super good . Always fresh and customer service makes me feel like coming back again and again. Clean washroom. Polite staff what else would we expect

Ordered pick up a few times. The people who work there have no idea what they are doing. Everyyime they miss something in the order and them in be to drive back to pick it up again. They just say a SORRY and try to get out of it. Really don’t he worst place to get your food. Would recommend others to keep away from this place. Not going to waste my money anymore at this place….!!

Ordered the 12 pc family meal for lunch dine in today, chicken was fresh and crispy. Good place if you are thinking to dine in as their sitting area is clean, washrooms are clean too, the lady on the front was nice enough to serve us before time, asked for extra ketchup and sauce and she was very generous and nice to deal with. Worth visiting again!
I ordered a cajun poutine and a deluxe chicken sandwich. The poutine was soggy slop with no redeeming factors. The sandwhich looked like it was punched once before thrown into the bag, and was completely drenched in mayonnaise on the outside. The chicken in the sandwich itself was good, but everything else about the meal was just awful.
This was my first and last time coming here.

Popeyes is awesome! The chicken is always crispy on the outside and super juicy on the inside. The spicy flavor is perfect, not too much, just right. I ordered 12 pc family meal. It was super delicious and fresh also even tho the store was busy bt somehow they manage to give before time. On top of everything, the staff was super good.
