Quesada Burritos & Tacos

Absolutely loved my visit to Quesada! The food was amazing — fresh, tasty, and full of flavor. You can really tell they care about quality. The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. Overall, a great place with great food and great people. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I've been going to the Jaimeson Quesada location for years. The last few times have made me chose a different location in Cambridge.
The food itself tastes great, but the customer service from the staff is just unbearable. The girl over-charged us by $6+ last visit. Her resolution? Not a refund like you'd assume, just gave us chips and salsa, because she was busy with other orders. Not exactly what I wanted. Went for a discounted dinner, and ended up paying full price anyway. And the attitude as if she did nothing wrong. I suggest to anyone wanting to go to Quesada, just go to the Saginaw location, they are always so friendly.

Tajas was absolutely amazing. The customer service went above and beyond with a warm and welcoming attitude that made the whole experience feel special. He was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this location for both the incredible service and the quality of the food.

Does the bad wrap, inappropriate talking, does not have customer service attitude, food also taste bitter , I have asked for Med spice but he pressed more sauce and it become high spicy 🥵. Unfortunately the person name: ABHI working at location doesn’t like answering questions and don’t have attitude of accepting my feedback. It has made me feel bad to write this review. His name is Abhi and sure this is my 1st and last time. He also didn’t help me on App configuration and didn’t not offer / ask me for receipt. checking in App and then asked for receipt, he printed it up on my request.

Quesada Burritos and Tacos is my go-to spot for fresh, flavorful, and satisfying Mexican food! The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the flavors are amazing. Whether it’s their delicious burritos, tacos, or bowls, everything is made to perfection. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. If you’re craving Mexican food, Quesada is definitely the place to be! Highly recommend!

I had a disappointing experience with an employee who was rude and Lazy. He was too lazy and slow. It felt as though they were unwilling to assist, which made the interaction frustrating. I hope the store addresses such behaviour to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

Was recommended this location from a coworker. It met and exceeded all expectations. I just felt bad that during normal conversation, I shared the truth about my Christmas situation, and maybe left him with a not so happy feeling over the holidays. Just wanted to say how great he was at his job, and will come back specifically there from now on.

Was trying to order today from Uber and skip but couldn't find it... I was trying to order around 8pm when the restaurant is open till 9.
Called the guy and said they close online orders this early..

This is the worst quasada franchise. Usually, I dont write reviews; however, it is so bad that I have to. I dont know what they are saving by not putting enough toppings and sauces. They are putting half of the toppings compared to other branches. Please improve the service if possible.

The guy who was working before was soooo good that we loved this restaurant at Jamison pkwy.
From the last 4 6 months there is a new person working who has terrible service that we have stopped going there.
Even when we take chance if we miss Quasada food, he reminds us why we stopped going there. This was our third time trying after that old guy left and still it was below the level service experience.
I don't think we are ever going there again.
