I used to come here all of the time- food was great, just pricey.
This was probably the first time ive ordered here in 10 years.
The food is still good, but youre not getting what you used to.
The bacon is crumbled, and there wasnt alot of it or chicken on my sandwich. I remember things were different with volume.
It was still very tasty- but it needed more meat. Next time ill order extra.
The service was great, the restaurant was very clean, and the washroom was spotless.
The travel to this Quiznos was so worth it. Haven’t had this place in years. Urvashi did a wonderful job getting our families order prepared. Five Stars. Have a great summer.

I ordered a roasted chicken sub and specifically asked for very little mayo and mustard and extra bacon. The bacon was crumbled which I hate, the stale cold bun was soaked in sauce which tasted disgusting. The broccoli soup was sour. The whole 40$ order went straight to the garbage.

This use to be the best Quiznos. I'd travel from Brantford even though Hamilton was closer. I'm not sure if this is due to new ownership or just poor customer service but something has surely changed. I always get the carbonara. Got it plenty of times in years previous and never a problem. Went back after the switch in ownership, first time there was hardly any chicken, they argued with me telling me its a weighed portion. There was no way it was weighed properly, I had 6 strips of chicken on the whole sub. They didn't offer to replace, offer a coupon or even a drink, just a promise to do better next time. Than the second time family had gone in to get 2 more carbonaras for me. She asked for extra cheese. As she was making it my Aunt asked twice "is there extra cheese on the sub?" "Yes Ma'am" was the answer given twice. My Aunt brought it to Brantford for me and when I opened it there was no cheese at all. I sent her a video to show the bare bread on both subs. She told the girl working that there was no cheese and she had a video. The girl said she just needed the receipt and would have to call the owner as he was out of town. I dug the receipt out which was in the bottom of the bag, under the subs. Read the receipt and she wasn't charged for extra cheese so they wouldn't do anything about it. Nevermind that my Aunt asked twice if there was extra cheese. They wouldn't accept that there was no cheese. Again, their mistake, nothing offered to fix it or make it right. They clearly don't care about customers being happy and satisfied with this location. If they say they added something than you're in the wrong and they are right. They made 3 mistakes that day, they didn't give extra cheese, they didn't give ANY cheese and than didn't charge her for extra cheese and somehow even with a video this was all on us. There was also a man in line while my Aunt and Uncle were trying to nicely speak to the girl who made the sub. He said he had an issue himself and the way they were dealing with my Aunt and Uncle made him extremely frustrated and he just left. You need to listen to your customer base, these are young kids and human which makes it possible they make mistakes, we all do. To continually tell the customer we are wrong and tell us there is cheese, enough meat when we clearly can see there is not is insulting and such bad business. They continue like this and this location won't last.

Ordered through Uber..the restaurant put the sticker with the name on the wrong subs...mine then sat there for an hour....the driver was nice enough to go back to get the right order once they figured out the order was wrong. The restaurant refused to remake the subs...needless to say I will not be going to this establishment anytime soon. And will be advising others of the poor customer service

Ordered a sub for first time in awhile and the quality was not what it used to be. The classic Italian's must was paper thin and couldn't taste the meat. Wouldn't be ordering from here again.

I’ve been to this store a few times. My latest was on Friday at lunch time. They are always very nice to deal with and they make a superb sub sandwich. It’s always a very enjoyable visit. Thx Quiznos.
