On 07 th November 2025 , i faced very bad experience from the executive who were on duty at 6:41pm , he was very rude to all other customers too. This is the first time that i am facing such bad experience from real fruit. I hope real fruit managers will look on to this situation.

Overcharging. I purchased a small milk tea, with tapioca included for $4.99 and was charged $6.49. I asked why the total was so high and was told it was tax. There's no reason tax on $4.99 should be a $1.50...seems sketchy and definitely adds up if you're buying more than one.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had at Real Fruit😑. The store hours clearly say closing at 8:00 PM, but when I went to order at 7:57 PM, the employee rudely dismissed me, saying the store was already closed. Instead of handling it professionally or at least being polite, he was outside chatting with his friends and refused to serve paying customers. This is unacceptable behavior, especially when people expect decent service for their money. If this is the kind of attitude they allow from staff, it speaks volumes about how little they value their customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you expect respect and proper service.🙁

Drinks at this location are never made like other Real Fruit stores — always watered down. I asked for my drink to be made thick and sweet, but it still wasn’t right. When I complained (my first time ever), the employee compared me to “another Black man” who complains and told me not to come back. Very unprofessional, dismissive, and discriminatory.

I find the prices here to be quite steap. I ordered a Taro Bubble Tea and I was amazed the small was over 6 dollars. The bubble tea was quite good, but the price was far too expensive.

I ordered Avocado Smoothie ( Topic: Strawberry, Tapioca) But the order I recited I felt I ordered Strawberry Smoothie it was just Strawberry nd bit touch of avocado. I am an active customer but this was the worse drink I have ever received.

Got a pomegranate ice crush and it doesn’t taste like anything… it’s the right colour but that’s it. I even made someone else try it and they asked what flavour it was supposed to be. $10 water I guess

My favourite frequent boba spot to visit. The seating and service is excellent.
If you’re loud and clear with your order, they usually don’t mess up. The prices are reasonable :) and the teas themselves are delicious. The Boba pearls are chewy and soft.
Definitely recommend; seating is nice as well— but please, try to bring your own plastic or reusable straws if you have some;
and that doesn’t just go for this place, it goes for every food place in Canada!! The straws usually quickly melt or soften in drinks. The straw can last like 45 minutes, but I recommend you bring your own.
Overall it’s one of my favourite places to go to before visiting another store in the mall, they get your order done quickly and steady.
