I had a really bad experience at real fruit Cambridge mall today . The guy working there was chewing some kind of red watery thing it could have been fallen to customers drinks . He was keeping it in his mouth and talking to other coworkers. Really bad

I’ll say first I love the Diamond mango slush, but not from this location. Got two tonight and it tasted watered down and bland. The popping boba was stiffer or more chewy than usual.
Never had this issue at the Fairview mall location, and theirs are thick and flavourful. Disappointed can’t get them close to home in Cambridge.

I recently visited Real Fruit and while the food quality was excellent, I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The lady at the counter was quite rude and it was difficult to understand her due to her accent. I believe customer service plays a huge role in the overall experience, and I kindly urge management to address this issue. The food is great, but improving service quality would make the experience truly exceptional.

I had Mango Diamond Slush as per my friend’s heavy recommendation and suggestion. But it didn’t worked out. To be honest, the mango is fresh but not ripe. When you drink it, crushed powder of sugar can be felt throughout the pulp. I had lots of Ripe mango juice in Kerala that is why I am able to distinguish the taste.

The drinks are nice but for how busy this place is on a weekend, two workers is a crime. There should absolutely be three, having to wait 20 minutes for one order is kind of ridiculous.
I've seen three different people complain during my wait time, and no fault to the workers either, they're just overworked.
Other than that though, the smoothies themselves are very good.

The new ordering screens regularly crash and are hard to navigate, so people frequently abandon their order part way through. This location usually doesn't have enough staff to have orders taken manually while also making drinks, so it's become a bit of a mess to actually get a drink here. Not sure why they got rid of the old ordering screen system that seemed to work fine?

It's the best bubble tea in town. I always order the Ice cappuccino, the strawberry banana smoothies & the chocolate
Food: I had the Piña Colada (non alcoholic) smoothie with no additions. It was truly wonderful!! I would have it again in a heartbeat!!
Negative: The only concern I had is that when I had almost finished my smoothie, chunks of pineapple were leftover in the bottom. I didn't notice them and kept sucking without looking at my drink while looking at my phone. A piece of pineapple flew back and hit the back of my throat. Luckily, it hit just the right spot so that it didn't go down my airway. It could have been a serious problem if it had got stuck in my throat because I was alone in a parked car. I assumed that the whole drink would have been thoroughly blended though like the rest of it. My suggestion would be to ask the employees to thoroughly blend your drink or watch it when you get to the bottom. Another option would be to select their thinner straw option size. I selected the wide straw option.

Parking: It is in a mall with a ridiculous amount of parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there are wheelchair accessible spots, and the mall is wheelchair accessible.

I ordered a small drink that's 6.99 but she charged me with large drink price. a total scam. my bad for not double checking or asking for a receipt. and the drink has way too much sugar. it's gross. won't go again.
I visited this store yesterday while ordering my mango diamond slush i got to know that you guys have BOGO 50% going on. But when i purchased i paid you guys a full a without any discounts/deal. So i kindly recommend you guys if you have displayed any deal for customers than give them deal respectfully. No body is buying it for free...

I’m a real fruit customer from a long time but here I have a worst ever experience from Real fruit. They have BOGO 50% offer going on and its starts @ 12:30 PM and I bought it from them at 12:45 although they didn’t gave me in offer, that charged me a full amount. Very rude response from employee. Its not about offer/deal, I didn’t even know about offer but i got to know while ordering my stuff although she didn’t give me a deal.
Never want to see you again guys.

My 10yr old son got a ripped but taped bill as change from another store. Real fruit bubble tea refused to take it and gave my son a hard time. When I found out I went and ordered his drink with the same money which the same person had no problem accepting the money from an adult they couldn't bully. Absolutely disgusting customer service! Never again

I never had a problem with this store and came in regularly but they NEVER have milk, like how do you run a bubble tea store without milk? That’s the main ingredient in bubble tea. I’m so fed up because every time I come they never have milk but their smoothies and other drinks are really good
