I specifically asked for no ice as i have sinus issues, but they said they cannot do that and they are still gonna add ice regardless. I told them i had the same drink from some other location and they made it without ice. Despite of my health condition, they still added ice. On asking about the manager, the person claimed to be the manager and he told his name as Ravi. I was so disappointed. If a person has a certain health condition, you cannot ignore it.

Such a busy place in a high traffic area of the mall, Their staff can only do so much, and they barely look happy with the workload.Awesome products but wait times, extremely busy area and messy tables and chairs don't give the best ambiance to enjoy your drink on-site or even pay another visit.
