I have been a regular customer and always order the same pizza. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered, I received a burnt pizza that my children could not eat. When I called to report this, I was told I would receive a credit for a future order.
Three weeks later, I called back to use that credit. I repeated my usual order, and later received a call stating that my original pizza did not have tomatoes. I said that was fine and I would pay the difference.
When I arrived, I showed the photo of the rock-hard, burnt pizza I had originally received. I explained that not only was I inconvenienced the night of the order—having to buy something else for dinner—but also that I had to drive back and spend more gas to resolve an issue that was not my fault.
What shocked me most was the lack of customer service. The employee at the counter went to speak with the manager, who refused to even come forward and address me directly. Instead, he told the employee to relay his response: “Tell her no.”
In today’s economy, where businesses should value and retain loyal customers, I am extremely disappointed by how this was handled. The lack of accountability and basic courtesy is unacceptable.
I’ll be raising this concern more, awful way to treat your customers. Do better.

This establishment demonstrated an unacceptable level of unprofessionalism. I was unable to dine here because their staff repeatedly answered the phone and immediately hung up each time I attempted to place an order. While I understand that restaurants can get busy—often resulting in calls going unanswered or being directed to voicemail—I have never encountered a business that would deliberately answer and then terminate calls without a word. After 15 unsuccessful attempts, I will not be returning. This conduct is both unprofessional and deeply disappointing. 0 Stars if I had the option.

I was unable to call in my order for pick up as they said they don’t have the pizzas But surprisingly they do have the menu items that I ordered when I went in Serious language barrier that another employee must be available to answer the phone to place an order

Worst experience ever! I’ve always been a loyal Red Swan Pizza customer, but after visiting this location, I’m never coming back. I ordered a Chicken Shawarma Pizza, and the staff repeated “chicken shawarma only”. I confirmed, assuming it meant the flavor, not literally just one topping with absolutely nothing else on the pizza.
After waiting, I was shocked to see a plain crust with just bits of chicken on it—no veggies, nothing. When I questioned it, the staff was rude and dismissive. I didn’t even take a single bite—I left the pizza with them and walked out.
This is not how you grow a business, especially with that kind of attitude. Good luck—you’re going to need it.
