Worst customer service, they do not even bother about online orders which has pay at door. They treat every order as fake order even though I confirmed the order when they called me and the person who spoke has disconnected the call while I am conversing with them.
To the owner : please teach some customer service skills to your employees!

Me and my papa have been going here for months now. and have always ordered pizza and cheese sticks every weekend and have always been treated very well with service and the food tasting very delicious. we enjoy eating here because we can always expect good quality food and excellent services. i would recommend getting a pizza with some of your favorite toppings and maybe a good side dish you would like. I order online at this store, they started preparing my order after i reached the store. On website, it says 30 minutes for pickup so i reach there sharp 30 mins after ordering.
They did not start preparing even my order until i reached there. I asked them what is the point of online order, that you guys dont even start to prepare order.
Why should they keep even option of online ordering if they dont trust their services.

food is okay but price is ridiculous i pay $50 for pizzas when i get same quantity from pizza depot for $20-$30. their prices are ludicrous. $4 to add basic toppping like tomato or onion. bro you can buy an entire pack of tomatoes from the grocery store for $4. somebody teach these people how to do pricing for their products. absolutely ridiculous
