Rising Dough Bakery offers delicious Cornish pasties and Bakewell tarts, made the traditional UK way. The bakery also features a variety of UK-style sweets, jams, and jellies. Friendly staff are happy to special order items if not in stock. Enjoy meat pies, sausage in a bun, and black pudding, or try their 'Best of Both' loaf bread, cranberry scones, and shortbread cookies. They have a great selection of baked goods, lots of imported products, and super friendly staff. Meat pies are delicious. The Chocolate Eclair has lots of yummy whipped cream. This is an excellent Scottish bakery with many marvelous things to choose from. They offer good coffee and pastries. Parking is easy, with options behind the Giant Tiger lot or 2-hour street parking.
