We came for the first time today. Food is amazing... House made burger was delicious and the fries are cut and cooked fresh. Very delicious! Service was fast and very friendly. We will definitely be back!

Food is great, every time. Pricing on the website menu is inconsistent though. Why are customers being charged for some things, like relish and sauces, on delivery orders, but not on pick-up orders? I did not do a full comparison, but how many other items do you have that are priced differently, or are free for one and not the other, depending on who picks up the bag from the counter? I've been watching Sam's grow and expand over the years, and this seems a bit on the shady side for you. The food is great, but the now added hassle of having to compare menu prices is definitely a deterrent

I moved a fe months ago to cambridge and having to make home depot runs i naturally stopped in.

Food has been good every time I came in. Their mango shake is INCREDIBLE! Tastes like mango lasi.

Service is great. Always served with a smile.

Will continue coming as long as the food and service stay as good as it is.

Friendliest staff ever! This is a must stop!
Poutine is outstanding and makes you feel comfort proper Quebec style poutine but with a delicious hot sauce twist. Be sure to add Sam’s sauce to your burger! Btw- never frozen!
Great option to cater your birthday party, Christmas party or football party!

Wow! I had the Montreal smoked meat poutine and a mango shake. It was the best meal I’d had in a long time. A perfect meal at the end of a long day! Very helpful and friendly people there!

Ate here October 21, 2025 and lunch was delicious. A total throw back to the days when hamburgers were char grilled and had a truly flavourful taste to them. French fries were fresh cut and the milk shake was delicious! We do not live anywhere near here and do not have a Sam's near our house which I am simultaneously sad and happy about. Sad because it was such great food and I want to eat there again. Happy because I would probably gain a lot of weight eating there every day if I lived closer. Service was also outstanding which is sort of rare these days as well. Friendly, accommodating and overall can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our lunch! (No pics, we were too busy eating)

Well we always wanted to try here, and to find a better burger joint. We were very disappointed. My hubby ordered double bacon cheese burger and a hot dog with fries and gravy, the burger was so over cooked the topping were nice and fresh and the fries, well I think it was the bottom of wherever they came from little pieces. I had the hot dog and fries , hot dog over cooked my fries were good, the best thing was their shakes were incredible., for almost $62 a huge disappointment, we won’t be coming back😕
I think if you keep the hot dog whole instead of slicing it open , it would be better and juicier

Went to the recently opened restaurant in port elgin ordered online and was ready when I got there it was delicious and the burger and onion rings filled my teenage sons not an easy task already recommending to others

Amazing service, The owner served upfront and was very polite food is amazing also high recommend

The food here is absolutely delicious, so comforting and fresh. The owner was so kind and the staff was awesome and quick, we had a large order and they had it out quick, the owner even gave us a milkshake while we waited. Can't wait to come back!
