I just returned from a birthday celebration in our building. The spread that was put on was superior!!! So beautiful to the eye. Colour, taste and presentation. had their lunch at our workplace. quality of ingredents was very high (where a lot of sandwiches will skimp). please keep it up. the chicken panini was my personal favourite.the salad was quite good as well.

I ordered chili and salads for a corporate lunch. Emma was great to work with and the food was delicious. Everything was so fresh and tasty. I would highly recommend Sopas Kitchen for catering.
There is no way you can find this kind of food and flavour in other places in KW and surrounding areas. Just give it a try! You will not regret. Extremely fresh food and superb clean environment.

Hiding in a plaza off the roundabout, this lunch bistro and bakery has south American inspired creations and imports that will delight the senses. Owner is super friendly. Had a gluten free chicken avocado bagel and a beef panini, accompanied by a malted pop. Food is delicious.
