This young lady, I think her name is Bethanie was so incredibly kind and understanding of my order. I had gone through drive-through and had to come into the café because my order was made wrong and she was so willing to help me correct it and fix up the drink. Had a nice little chat with her and it made my day very nice lady always so polite and friendly!

This location is my favourite in the area, and I will go out of my way to go here whenever I'm in the mood for Starbucks. Here are some key points:
Staff: Staff is incredible, and the highlight of this spot. Everybody there is so warm, welcoming, and upbeat. It's rare to see people in workplaces still go so above and beyond to be kind, and I value that about these people the most.
Food: Food is great in competition with other major fast-food style coffee shops. In all the years I've gone here, my order has only gotten confused twice, and they fixed it immediately and without question.
Price: Eh. It's Starbucks lol.
Atmosphere: It's a cute & busy location. Still has that third space atmosphere, which is cool.
Overall: Great place; will continue to go for the staff & service alone.

By far my favourite location I’ve been to, the team is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the drinks are always delicious (can’t stop ordering the lavender cream oat matcha), and their playlist is probably the best I’ve heard at any cafe. Keep it up guys!! :)

Great service, decent food options, and nice seating. More vegetarian options would be nice. Also asking for the name on the mic and continuously getting it wrong at the window does add a level of stress to my day. I would prefer not to say my name, but then I feel like I’ve offended someone other than that good fast service they have become much quicker over the years!

I went in today to get my birthday drink, asked for an Ice Coffee with Salted Cold Foam and I was handed a Vanilla Cold Brew. I had no time to get the correct order as I was on my way to work. I also asked for my drink to be Black and I watched her look me in the guy and dump milk in the cup. I’m extremely upset I used my free drink and was handed the wrong thing.

I had a very disappointing experience. The employee taking the orders was talking to an employee who was on break for a good five minutes at the cash till before even taking our order. When you are charging a premium for your coffee Service and store experiences compared to others we do expect better customer service. As other reviews have noted, this location is sub-par.
I always enjoy spending some time with friends over a coffee at Starbucks. The only thing is the music is sometimes to loud to enjoy having a normal conversation. Also when going to the counter where the display for food items are . There are fruit flies in the cabinet. Why? Extra protein? Environmental friendly? You have to do something about that.

I have POTS and cannot have espresso as it raises my heart rate super high and causes a lot of issues. I always ask for decaf and 2 times now I have gotten regular. Definitely not a POTS friendly location :(. Disappointing
