Went this morning to see about a Bear cup for my girls. When I asked the staff, they said they were sold out before they opened….really?! Such a big hype to disappoint so many people. I understand this isn’t all on this location, but where did they go if they were sold out before they opened? The staff or friends and family of the staff?
Just solidifying my decision to fuel my coffee addiction at independent, local cafes.

Very very hit and miss. Like how hard is it to understand. LIGHT ICE...and i get my drink with the cup 90% full of ice. And then they ask for tips....
This location was popular. The drive-thru wait was approximately 20 minutes. I ordered my drink, confirmed it, got it home only for it to be made incorrectly. I don't visit this location often. Very disappointing considering the price and I confirmed the order when it was repeated back to me. I asked for 1 scoop of vanilla bean powder and it had 5, per the label, which I only saw at home. Very friendly staff though

Honestly the worst staff. Save yourself the hassle and order at the drive thru. If you order in advance and show up 10 minutes later they will make you drive around again and wait in line again.
