Very rude employees ordered my usual order from this Starbucks and the employees all laughed at me and told me I was very demanding for the way I get my drink from her. It wasn’t just 1 employee laughing it was all of them very disgusting

I went to this location and the staff were very friendly. I sat in the location for a bit so I could read my book. I went around 7 am and it was very chill. While people watching I noticed that the staff really get to know their regulars and even have their drinks memorized. Service was quick despite them being in a rush. One of the better Starbucks locations I’ve been to.

I honestly cannot go to this Starbucks anymore. The workers are so rude, they laugh at my drink modifications (extra light ice), aswell as constantly lying about what they are able to do… I work at another Starbucks and multiple times the workers have told me that they aren’t able to do certain modifications like ice on the side, 5 ice cubes. I know these things are possible because I have done the myself for other customers. The workers have lied numerous times that my drink is correct when it isn’t, I ordered the Dubai chocolate mocha and they gave me a matcha and argued that it wasn’t matcha.. it was green. Another time I asked for a strawberry açai lemonade and they gave me it with water, and than lied again saying that it was lemonade not water but I have made that drink 100+ times and ordered it multiple times. The staff here need to be retrained to not attempt to gaslight the customers and instead just fix their mistakes. I am so disappointed with how this store has turned out I have been going here since as long as I can remember. If your a manager reading this, please talk to your staff.

Great spot for studying or working. The Wi-Fi is reliable, there’s plenty of parking, a good number of charging outlets, and clean, decent bathrooms. The staff is very friendly, but there have been a few order mix-ups. On my first visit, I ordered two drinks and the barista confirmed both, but I was only given one and seemed surprised when I asked for the second. On my second visit, I requested that my blueberry muffin be warmed, but it was served cold. Overall, a bit frustrating despite the otherwise great environment.

I stopped at Starbucks on Hespler road and received a good cappuccino that felt like a warm hug on this cold day. Friendly barista John took my order and made it for me too. He was very polite and wished me a good day. There is also a very friendly lady that I have not seen in a while and i believe her name is Cathy. She is always so lovely to me and takes extra care in putting the no spill tape on my cup. I really appreciate her and have found the customer service at this location is extra good. Will be back soon!

This a good location as it’s got lots of seating, friendly staff and great service. Good to have the app to make ordering easier, earn stars, and to take advantage of the occasional incentive.

Busy spot! Stopped in for a matcha and a wrap but at 1pm they were out of every wrap unfortunately. Staff were all very friendly and got my drink quickly and well made. Lots of seating options but they fill up quickly. Good location :)
