I believe Starbucks policy is to greet everyone irrespective of their race. Which was not the case when I visited this location. The staff did not bother to greet or wish. White lady who came after me was greeted with wide smile and small talks. Please look into it and make sure all customers are treated equal.

They messed up our drinks and didn’t offer to remake them. Instead they gave syrup and made me put it in my drink myself.
Staff is always friendly. Sometimes I get a cute little drawing or kind note on my cup (which is a nice surprise). My order is never wrong. If they are out of items they offer me appropriate substitutes.
