Very fast and friendly service. Always very personable and happy. Personal note “Have a fantastic day” on cup was a small gesture but very well received. Small way to brighten someone’s day.

Dietary restrictions: I limit dairy so they provide the option to remove cheese from their breakfast sandwiches.

I specifically order my drinks with light ice because I know how much they put in… every time it is wrong almost like they can’t do light ice for some reason….. this is just ridiculous. Sorry to the Pinebush store for being the straw that broke the camels back but it’s just a simple instruction that you cannot follow…. Why?

This location has messed up orders on numerous occasions. I have had to go inside after attending the drive thru due to issues. Staff is friendly and only reason service received a 3, otherwise it would be a 1.

Roger was so friendly and kind! I had many questions regarding how to use my star points to redeem a drink and he was patient and answered all my questions. He was incredibly helpful and did everything he could to ensure I got the drink I wanted too! It was delicious!

Air “Paint” Airer

When I entered the Starbuck I had found bugs in the appetizers, 10-20 flies eating food when I informed an employee they said they don’t server those foods. immediately I started questioning the sanitation of the other items.

Amazing customer service, love the way customers are greeted and treated. Also only store in city to serve sample drinks to their customers. Frequently sampling coffees is a great way of introducing your customers to new drinks.
