Should have noticed the 2.5 star review before coming here
Asked for a simple iced latte with vanilla shot. Requested light ice.
Received full glass on ice. Mentioned it was light ice and barista took back to temake. Watched Barista make drink and only noticed milk being applied. Assumed he would offset the taste?
Walked away and noticed it just tasted like milk.
I didn't pay $7 for a butchered iced latte only to drink a cup of milk.
Mentioned it was butchered and barista got offended. Asked me how he should make it. Requested a refund inside.
I shouldnt have come here...and neither should you.

Today went to the Starbucks north and ordered the 3 Drinks in which ordered 2 dragon drink with strawberry puree and vanilla cream cold foam and blended but they didn’t do the blended and put lot of ice in the venti cup as this is second time I am getting the wrong drink after spending 7-8$ worst ever experience every

Clueless staff. Sold me an item that wasn't in stock. Then proceeded to only provide me half my order (the drink). 10++ minutes later have to ask what's going on and they realize they haven't even started it yet. No sandwich even in stock. More worried about what the competitor is doing (subway)... they must be paying attention to their customers... that's what haha. Switched it out for different sandwich but not happy grabbing this meal whatsoever. Do better guys.

The coffee was soooo Baaad.
It announced as fresh brewed coffee, but definitly it was NOT. I used to drink in Starbucks, but this location was the worst ever!

Baristas were so friendly! BEST STARBUCKS EVER. The girls working the closing shift made me the best matcha i've ever had. 10/10 would recommend. ◡̈

This location is on the highway. The next stop is about 160 km and Starbucks decides to close at 7 pm. Should literally be 24 hrs or else give another business the chance. This is a lottery win for Starbucks. Ministry of Transportation should be able to run the ONRoute stops more efficiently.
Indian girl named as deepa gave us fantastic service. She made my day. First time, I tried matcha drink she suggest me new modifications that was really amazing. Thankyou ?

I ordered a Lavender green tea lemonade. The cashier asks “is that the lavender cold foam added on top?”. I said no just the lavender powder shaken in. She understood what I was asking.A different girl makes my drink, and asks me again “is it just the powder you want”, I said yes. Then she proceeds to make lavender cold foam to put on top of a green tea lemonade (who drinks that?). She gives me the drink. I tell her I asked for just the powder. She rolls her eyes and says under her breath to her coworkers “i asked if that’s what she wanted”. I clearly heard her and said back “you asked if i wanted the powder not the cold foam, I say yes to the powder only”.So she remakes the drink, and it just tastes like water.All said and done, I had to re-state 3 times I just wanted the powder. Ridiculous if you ask me. Also there is no need to be rude to others.
