Today morning around 7:40 am, I ordered a chai latte with extra cream and paid for it, but my experience was very disappointing. The male worker who prepared my order refused to add the extra cream I had specifically requested and paid for. In addition, our drinks were handed to us without the lids properly closed, which caused a mess. This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks, and I left very disappointed. I truly hope the store can improve its customer service and attention to detail

Ordered a chai latte with less ice with strawberry foam. There was hardly any chai flavour and cup had too much ice. Strawberry foam was nice. Spoke to the guy and he just didn’t help and tone was rude. He insisted everything was precise. Just took off all the ice, did not add any extra chai flavour and handed it back to me like I’ve never been to any Starbucks and never had a drink. I could tell the difference.
Don’t stop here. Very rude staff and things are not done correctly.
