We went here after a movie, but we had a short time frame to be home in time to put our little one to bed. The staff accommodated us at the bar even though the restaurant was full. The hostess let the staff know we were in a bit of a hurry, and the bartenders and servers were very considerate and helpful. We would go back again just because of the great service.

I order the 10 oz steak which is one that is featured on the menu. I was very disappointed in the food quality. The steak was very grisly and chewy. For the price it was not good. I was on a date and didn’t want to make a fuss but I should have sent it back. Was a waste of money for the price.

I had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant! We ordered calamari, butter chicken, and steak, and each dish was fantastic. The calamari was perfectly crispy and fresh, with just the right amount of seasoning. The butter chicken was rich, flavorful, and the meat was incredibly tender. Ordered 6 oz sirloin steak, mushrooms, mashed potatoes and asparagus and mocha pie for dessert. Steak was excellent! Cooked perfectly, tender and so flavourful! Best, consistent experience ordering steak in local Cambridge restaurants is State and Main hands down! Ordered many times and never disappointed! Mocha pie is the most delicious dessert you will ever try! Large enough for 2! I also wanted to mention service was amazing! Sorry I didn’t take pics! All I could salvage was a portion of the dessert!

I love the food here! The attention to detail on the plate is fantastic. I had the pistachio crusted salmon with mash potatoes and asparagus, but they accommodated me with double asparagus and no potato. Salmon was cooked perfectly. Superb!!!

First time there, we're from mississauga and we were in Waterloo passing Cambridge -was the last long weekend this summer. Googled restaurants near by and decided to go there.
Warm welcome when we stepped in. Restaurant was very inviting and clean! (yes, including the bathroom). Decor & ambience was very elegant and fun. Well maintained despite some wear & tear on the chairs. The overall cleanliness of the restaurant made it unnoticeable.
The servers/ hosts were always busy doing something, the manager too. Passionate team.
Our hostess's name was Kyra. So sweet, professional and pleasant. Everything she recommended on the menu was SOOO GOOD!!! We were really impressed with the quality of food. 5☆
Over all experience of that location was 5☆
Cannot wait to go back and enjoy a meal and a drink.
