I had ordered two subs, and I got wrong breads on both of them. Then I called them and the guy picked up the call said bring the subs back and they would make new for us. I live far so said I can’t. He literally said “bring them back or otherwise happy new year!” In a rude way. I would advice the organization to fire such arrogant staff who doesn’t even know the meaning of hospitality! I am very disappointed and this is the last time I am getting a sub from subway. Ridiculous!.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. The old male employee working in morning was rude, disrespectful, and showed zero professionalism. This kind of attitude drives customers away. Management needs to kick him out before it seriously affects the restaurant’s reputation.

Owner was very rude , wanted order sub but i have ti use washroom it was an emergency and he said its for customers only and as per law no restaurant can say no to any person for using washroom. ! Never vist such place. I am also working at subway multiple places i have never say no to any of my customers.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Subway location. The manager was unbelievably rude to my friend, and used completely unacceptable language during our visit. We came in expecting a normal meal but instead were treated with blatant disrespect and hostility.

The way the manager spoke to us was unprofessional, offensive, and far beyond any standard of customer service. No one deserves to be talked to like that in any business, let alone in a place that is supposed to be welcoming.

I strongly urge Subway corporate to look into this situation and take appropriate action against this manager’s behavior. It is completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the Subway brand. I am extremely disappointed and will be reconsidering whether I will return in the future.

Very Disappointed with the Service – Please Improve Staff Training and Customer Care

I’ve been a regular customer at Subway and usually enjoy my meals here. I always ask for extra veggies because I genuinely enjoy a fresh and well-filled sub, and I have never had a problem with paying a little extra for it. But today’s experience was extremely disappointing.

I was charged $15, which is higher than usual — and still, the sub lacked the amount of vegetables I asked for. I politely requested to add just a bit more veggies, as I always do, and I even clearly mentioned that I’m happy to pay extra if needed. However, instead of helping me or even acknowledging my request respectfully, the staff member was rude, dismissive, and made me feel uncomfortable.

What’s worse is that the person handling my order seemed to lack even the basic understanding of how to treat a customer. No smile, no politeness, and no willingness to listen. It was clear he didn’t care about customer satisfaction, which was very disappointing — especially from a brand like Subway that usually values freshness and friendliness.

I’m not someone who complains often, but I believe in giving honest feedback so things can improve. Subway, please train your staff better — and if this is the manager’s behavior, I strongly suggest you reconsider your management. Customer service is just as important as food quality. We’re paying good money, and it’s not too much to expect good treatment and a little respect.

I hope this issue is taken seriously, because regular customers like me are starting to feel unappreciated.

I haven’t seen these rules in Food outlets like them. As they mentioned only paying customers can use washroom.

The food is quality is good but they have limited people to serve. I was there 2 times, the first time I bought the Sub, and it took almost 15 mins, and next time, I did not buy as the person was busy. Go there if you have a bit of time!

gave halapeno on sub instead of other more toppings asked
would recommend going to some other sub location.
These guys can hopefully keep their attitude with no customers
