They under prepare food and give you dirty looks when you ask for more. Their garbage and recycling bin is combined so they dont even recycle lmao. Disgraceful workers

I went to this location yesterday and I was amazed by the customer service because there was a girl working there alone at night and store was seems to be busy as there was a line but greatly she managed to greet each customer with her smile and she made the sandwich amazing and also want to share that everytime when I go to this store I usually have a bad customer service with other lady but yesterday it was impressive.

Today 7 Jan,2026 around 9:30 pm, I went at Subway St andrews location, I wanted to eat a sandwich with chicken or veggie pattie inside and The girl working over there refused to customize a sandwich for me. I told her that I'm ready to pay extra for the chicken or veggie pattie in the sandwich but she said she can not do it as they do not have any option to pay extra for chicken in their POS system. I think she didn't want to make a sandwich at that time so she made an excuse. It was really a bad experience. And I also asked her that Is your manager here and she said the
manager comes here rarely. Really bad customer servicešŸ‘ŽšŸ¼

AANIYAHH! NY!

Absolutely rude and soul crushing staff. The Indian guy at the counter was restricting me from getting a certain cheese on my cold cut. Felt very sad and depressed after he charged me 30 for 2 subs with a coupon and gift card. DO NOT eat here unless you are going through the great depression and stage 25 of anxiety. If I could i would give it 1 and a half stars from how bad the experience was here. Employees are so rude especially took the guy that served us took 10 minutes to make two subs, absolutely ridiculous. Will be boycotting from now on unless lm EXTREMELY hungry and malnourished.

We ordered online pickup from uber and went Wednesday sept 18 in morning around 9am for pickup … first of all -lady in glasses she ignored us no greeting not a word.
We told we have our online pickup order she replied that she dont received any ..after telling the adress she tried to see if there is any order after releasing she started making faces while preparing …after making the order she threw it on the online pickup station without letting us know not even a single thanks or your order is ready..For real is this subway’s customer service if this type of service continues in subway i don’t think so it will last for long my sister also work in subway i have been lot there noting like this i faced today Atleast greet to customers,,,!!!!! Don’t try to get rid of customers Hope subway will review this….

Went in to order with my partner, and the lone employee walked out of the back room and asked what we’d like to order. Told her I needed just a moment to look at the menu and she proceeded to spend about 10 minutes completely ignoring us and making an uber order, which she only began making after we walked in. About halfway through making these sandwiches, she asks what my partner wants, but then proceeds to spend another 5 or so minutes simply cutting the sandwiches from said uber eats order, ignoring my partner’s order. When she finally begins making his sub and another, I tell her I actually wasn’t going to order a sub, and she tells me she’s making another person’s order. Incredibly confusing because she never asked what I was ordering, and you would presume she’d make my sandwich alongside my partners if we’re ordering together. Miraculously, it takes her less than 5 minutes to make both my partner’s sub and my rice bowl.

The food tasted like food at least, but the service was abysmal. Subways all have a terrible understaffing issue, and for some reason take uber orders until closing. Feel terrible for the 3 other groups that walked in after us.

For any curious, that uber order was not picked up by the time we left.

Not sure why the employee, several times, insisted on calling my partner ā€œma’amā€ either, considering he’s quite clearly a masculine person. Useless place to use gendered and outright aged language, on a 20 year old man, when you’re just asking us what we want on a sandwich. Just annoyed us even more for no reason.

Also fun fact! You cannot pay with your card without giving subway your phone number, or signing up for their membership service, so if that annoys you too, go ANYWHERE else.

Still cannot believe it took nearly half an hour to get a sandwich and a bowl of rice. Go to Mr. Sub, they’re actually good.

Took the woman behind the desk 10 minutes to make two subs after we told her we needed a minute to decide what we wanted. When we told her that we were in fact ready, she didnt bother to have any urgency until after more customers showed up.

This place NEEDS to have TWO people closing, there was clearly too much of a demand for one employee to handle it accordingly or efficiently.

Food was fine, but definitely not worth how expensive it was.

Wandering Canadian review!

This sub is one of the messiest, tastiest, soul enriching subs I've had in a long time.

I really needed a surprise pick me up, and Zeel delivered. This sub is fantastic. I have no idea what is in it but I want to save the other half for later. It's so good!

I used to frequent this subway because it is close but unfortunately the past few visits we had old toppings, stale bread, and upset stomachs. We won't be going back.
