I used to frequent this subway because it is close but unfortunately the past few visits we had old toppings, stale bread, and upset stomachs. We won't be going back.

This place use to be the best subway. Now it’s all new staff where you have to repeat your order several times. No hairnets. It’s gross now

This location use to be good. Until the new owners took over, got rid of all their staff and hired new staff that no longer care about you or your food. The service is absolutely horrible and might as well talk to a horse to get better service. The food is subpar, the toppings are lacking and the bread is always stale. The previous owners really knew how to take care of the customers along with their staff. Now it’s a revolving door of foreigners making your food and you never see the same person twice. I’m all for people coming to Canada and starting a new life but the lack of respect, courtesy and service will no longer get my business at this or any subway location again. And I use to eat here at least once a week with my family with orders generally over $100. Subway, do better. At least the Jarod days were a lot better and service and quality actually meant something.

We have been ordering from here for years. The other day I ordered a sub with barely anything in it but hair. I pulled black hair out of my mouth and there was some in the sandwich. I obviously spit it out in the garbage. The lady making it was not wearing her hair back. I called and told them what happened, then I Went there to get my money back and they refused to refund or credit me even though the mistake was on them. I cannot believe they are not taking ownership over this. I Called Health Board who went over that afternoon and gave them a warning. He also told me that since new ownership took over they have had infractions.

Well the app forced my order to this location and I was unable to pick up. They will not refund. I received an email response that basically said “too bad” in professional terms. Pretty sad.. this location used to be good

New owners have ruined that subway, replaced all employees. Quality is no longer there. Will never support that particular store again.
It's a fine Subway, most of them are, this one being somewhat above and beyond standard Subway average. It's not a fine dining restaurant, but nobody expects it to be. All 3 categories are fine, none exceptional, but it's good value for the money and I keep frequenting Subways just for that. And I like the taste of their food. Personal preference!

New owners have ruined this place!!!! Have been going here since it opened and never had a problem. Now, I don't know where to start! The staff, quality, service, cleanliness, the list goes on. Avoid this place and the one on Main St. (same owner) you will be happy you didn't eat here!!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would have.

New owner is terrible. Forced out all the previous employees. Quality has gone so downhill and so cheap with toppings. Have been going here 7+ years and never had a problem until the last two months. I got a cookie with no macadamia nuts in it and they wouldn’t replace nor refund the cookie. A dollar cookie. They’re extremely rude as well telling me to wait constantly instead of do their job which is to make subs? I worked at subway and it’s just a horrible experience from these employees. Won’t ever be going back to this location.

Incompetent workers who need to clean their ears and stop being rude asking dumb questions over and over again. You are clearly told what I want, pay attention.
Also they serve anemic subs. Have fun asking for extra scoops like 3 times before it becomes a normal sub. Then you are prompted to tip at the end which is hilarious. Tip for guiding these rock heads on how to do their jobs.

Oh wow. They are terrible. I made an order on doordash, they got it wrong and would not correct it. They told me it was not their problem. I had to call to talk to them and they blew me off. My suggestion, do not go there

I recently visited this subway and loved the cleanliness. Besides an employee named Namrata Patel was so friendly and generous that she made my sandwich perfectly and listened to our requests. I appreciate her efforts and services. Thank you so much for perfect sandwich Namrata. It was worth visiting there.
