My Daughter went to this Subway during lunch October 6th and was ordering a Cookie. There were a few of the same cookies left and my daughter asked to select a specific cookie as it was more appealing to her. The Staff told her that it isn't up to her to select a cookie and that it was up to Subway staff to do. My daughter politely pointed out that as a paying customer she should be able to select the cookie of her desire and was met with resistance .

After my daughter continued to stand her ground on principal , the staff worker said fine, today only and it wont happen in the future.

Well they are right it won't happen again because they lost her, my family and a group of classmates from buying from this store again.

Tim Hortons as well as other stores are in the same plaza and I am sure will welcome the business.

They won't take coupons anymore, no notice given or posted anywhere in store. Everything is priced higher compare to other subways. don't recommend and will not come back to this location

Central Aisle

They stopped taking coupons all of a sudden without any notice. There is no sign posted anywhere. We ordered and was told after that they don’t t take coupons. Forced to pay for food we didn’t want anymore. insanely overpriced. Will never visit this location again.

The prices of sandwiches at this location atleast $2 more as compare to other subway restaurants. Need to work on customer service/ relationship. Will not recommend anyone beats of the prices. I felt cheated. You go name brand restaurant thinking everything is standardized food, environment and prices. But at payment stations you feel something not right and you start looking at the menu board yeah price was there $7.99 for 6” that too for veggie delights. I am still in shock..!!!

I always prefer subway as it is healthy and hygienic as compared to other restaurants or burgers, but today went this location for veg salad bowl and I was disappointed with their service. The lady who made my salad I told her to do chop for veggies and she start doing on counter board with out putting paper or cleaning it and when I ask her to do it with hygiene she said it’s chopping board, I know but still she need to clean it, after that she put all those tomatoes in the container of tomatoes and said that I am not using it for you but still her actions is so unhygienic. Moreover she didn’t put veggies properly as I paid $15 for salad bowl and it only half. It’s just like cheating on customers.
I will refer this location to anyone.

This guy is overcharging the customers not by cents but by dollars.. should be reported to the concerned authorities..for a 6 inch veg sub they charged $9 .10.which is price outrage .

Didn't let me use my coupon for whatever reason

Ordered ahead. Got to the restaurant to see three other people waiting for their app orders and visably angry and they told me they have been waiting for 30 minutes even though their app said the order was ready before they came. I then proceeded to wait 30 minutes for the one person working to do all the other orders before finally getting to mine.

Prices are too expensive. I paid 11.29 for a veggie sub and 15.99 for a veggie pattie sub.

That's just crazy how much stores are ripping off people.

Door wide open in -10⁰c weather that was freezing out the whole store, and waited 10 minutes with no service before walking out as the lady doing the subs was slower than a snail and had a lineup of about 3 unfinished subs and still had two unattended customers (one other besides me) waiting. Don't go here if you value your time
