I wanted to ignore, but it really frustrates you because you pay for your food and don’t get the right quantity.

After i ate my rice bowl, literally half of what any other subway would give. i was curious to read their reviews, i realized, about many reviews regarding less / poor quantity. I wonder why, i feel happy i was not the one feeling wrong about my decision, and many others faced that they are cutting cost/ etc etc and serving least they can.

Portion of rice bowl was half of the bowl itself? How could you claim that customer should request extra? Did customer mention less? Standard bowl is a full bowl of the pack, and i have been eating rice bowls from long time and gluten free subs since it was launched in Ontario around 2017 as i remember. So please treat your customers with what they pay for

For me, if i pay online and i pick up and go home it disappointments me like i should i have donated my money and rather cooked home.

We all deserve to get a better food / meal for what we pay.

I even read your rude replies to customers. Its so satisfying that i am not visiting you again

And i dont complain ever for free food or refund , good people just move on!

The person was extremely rude. First I ordered online with NO SAUCE on my subway and they added sauce. I didn’t click a single sauce and there way NO WAY for me to even add no sauce in the instructions. I called to tell them and the man on the phone was SO RUDE and literally YELLED at me. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I usually love subway but this location was just so mean and I will never be ordering from them again. Owner even replied saying it’s MY fault. Maybe you should fix your uber so we can actually put the instructions. Customers always right??? Not at this location don’t ever come here

The sandwiches are not what they used to be. The bread had a strange taste, the amount of meat was less and so was the service. Unfortunately, I'm going to Mr. SUB from now on.

I love subway because of this location . I tried so many places . It’s same stuff but don’t know this place subway it’s super delicious . Arti Chirag Sheetal everyone super friendly . I always get perfect everything . Thank you ?

Vegetarian options: I love vege patty sandwich . I am vegetarian . So always get that and its taste so good .

Kid-friendliness: Everyone is very respectful and friendly .

Took over 35 minutes to complete my order, had to wait for them to finish every single person's order that came in after me. And even after asking them hold long more, there response "10 seconds" 5 darn minutes later still no order.
Horrible service, go elsewhere much better subways than here.

The lady was on the phone with her friend the whole entire time I was placing my order . She made me repeat everything at least three times however if she wasn’t on the phone I wouldn’t have had this issue . Horrible service .

I went to this store around 6 today and there was only one person taking orders. She too was busy on her personal phone and was not interested in attending customers. I waited for almost 10 minutes during which she was making a sub may be for a mobile order but did not bother taking my order. We left the store after 10 minutes of no service. Not a good experience for sure.
