Before I went into the store to pick up my online order. It was marked as completed but they had yet to start it. No one said a word to me and when they made the sub (incorrectly, literally worst sub i've had in 15 years at subway, they just asked my name which I provided and then that's it. No indication that the food is ready, sorry for being late...nothing)Felt that I was being annoying being a customer.Very disappointed in my experience today.

This may just be the best subway in Cambridge. I think it's because they are located in the Lowes on Pinebush that they are not as busy as other locations, and therefore, they take the time to make a really good Sub. We've all been at a subway and know that Once there are 2 people in line, we all cringe while they make our sub in a panic... So, I only go here now, the staff are great and most importantly...they are consistently good!

I order it online. App shows it will be ready by 4:55. It's 20 minutes more than the given time and the order is still not ready. Instead of making the online orders ready, they are giving priority to the walkin customers. Instead of ordering online, I should have walked in. That would have saved my time. Poor customer service.

Date: 29th Feb. Time: Around 6:30PMWorst subway sandwich I ever had. Ordered 2 footlongs online and there were no sauces in it. It was all dry and quantity of veggies was very less. Also the only person working over there had a lot of attitude. Poor Customer Service

Got a footlong and a salad today. The salad portion was absolutely pathetic and indicative of the typical shrinkflation we are seeing everywhere.Disgusting that this was $11. Love the tip options too, yeah right.Never coming back to this location. Should have stuck with Firehouse or Quiznos.

This is the best subway I have ever visited. The employee was cute and happy and very polite and helpful. He greeted us with smiley face. Bread was super fresh and perfectly backed. Veggies were finely chopped. I would love to visit this subway again and again.

Be prepared to keep asking for more toppings. One slice of green pepper doesn't consist of a serving.Save your money and go to the jamieson location. These guys don't care about quality .

I ordered a meatball footlong, first there was no no meatballs I had to wait for extra 5 minutes to get it done. I was having my sub, I was done almost half of my six inch then I noticed something was crawling on my food when I zoomed it I noticed there was a small insect that was crawling over my food. I took a video then I called the artist to show her she has seen it now and she said yes we have few of them at the counter station where the microwave oven is I was like wth!! She was not giving me a solution I asked her what now then she said she will need to call her manager after 10minutes of waiting she said I have eaten six inch so she will give me a new six inch I was like wtf! then I spoke to the Manager his name is 'Chirag' for which he said the same thing. I have literally garbage my food paid $almost $10 waited more than 30 minutes to get this kind of service??? what is wrong with Subway? giving customers food with the insects?? I have taken a video of it if you need please get back to me and I will send it you. what kind of manager he is?? is this the way you treat customers at subway? is this the way you train your managers? he was not even apologised to me. maybe this kind of poor service is the reason of the downfall for Subway. In my life I will never ever visit Subway again not because of the insect I understand that but because of the Manager and the service I received from the Subway. thanks
