I order online, I arrive to the store 5 minutes after and the lady has not started them..she is half way making mines and a lady comes in and she decides to take her order and totally skip mines…I tell her I need to go and does not care at all. Not the first time that happens at this location. Really bad customer service!!! Paramajwi

They raise their price to be higher than other subways in town. They cut the meat and topping to some skippy amount. Terrible customer service never returning to this location

The Festive special was disgusting. The meat was tissue paper thin the bun was dry. I had 2_3 bites and thru it out. I never get the cookies but they were so cheap I couldn't get the chips without paying extra. Subway has been going down for a while. Lots better value for your money elsewhere

This Subway location caused a medical emergency for my wife, who is 7 months pregnant.

We ordered two large sandwiches online. Staff gave her the wrong order, then called later saying it wasn’t ours. We had to drive all the way back, and the employee lied, claiming she warned my wife (she did NOT).

When we finally got home, the sandwiches were not labeled, and both were made incorrectly with spicy ingredients. After one bite, my wife started choking and struggling to breathe. She is now in the Emergency Department at Cambridge Memorial Hospital because of this location’s negligence.

Completely unacceptable, unsafe, and unprofessional. This place needs immediate investigation and retraining.

I will sent official report to the company tomorrow. Even that ladies removed receipt, it was order online. I will provide all details for this situation.

Never went but don't use sliced foney turkey on the sandwich with croutons to look like a dressing sandwich. It'looks disgusting looking

Very terrible service. They don’t change gloves, same gloves for the sandwich and for the register it Takes 25 minutes to make 2 of the exact same sandwich and the bread was stone cold hard. The other sandwich was inedible with weird hard pieces in it. IF YOU WANT SUBWAY DO NOT GO HERE😭

My girlfriend and I went here to get food. We ordered online, expecting it to be made when we got there. We show up to our food not only, not being started but 2 customers that show up after us get theirs before us. Absolutely terrible service. This store/employees do not have an ounce of professionalism or respect.

Brought my VALID coupon buy two foot long subs and get the third free only to be told it would not work, and when I questioned why, then said the manager disallowed this one. So they pick and choose which coupon to allow out of the bunch. Never going back to this location.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Subway location really left a bad impression. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Instead of greeting me, they acted like I was bothering them by ordering food. When I asked simple questions about the menu, I got eye rolls and short, snappy responses.

The worst part was the attitude while preparing my order—it felt rushed, careless, and like they couldn’t wait to get me out the door. Customer service should be about making people feel welcome, but here it was the complete opposite.

I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d recommend going to a different Subway where the workers actually respect their customers.

The service was extremely unprofessional, the girl that works there showed me so much attitude that she started arguing with me what I ordered and what not. It is so shameful and disgusting as she belonged to my community. I hope I never have to visit here. Please teach them some manners

Was extremely impressed during my last visit to this location. Was well staffed for midday rush and the staff were courteous and welcoming. I enjoyed that they didn’t prioritize their many online ordered and found a good balance to ensure the lineup wasn’t too long.

Food was good, vegetables were fresh and soda fountain wasn’t flat.

Very rude staff. They were speaking in another language the entire time with each other. Took over 5 min to just serve me because they were all talking. I think I inconvenienced them by coming in to make a purchase. The menu price in the store is actually cheaper than you will be charged this should be changed if you are going to continue to rip people off at least put it on your menu board. Some toppings were looking a little rough. Fooled me once with your fake prices and crappy customer service but I will never be back hope it was worth it.
