Brought my VALID coupon buy two foot long subs and get the third free only to be told it would not work, and when I questioned why, then said the manager disallowed this one. So they pick and choose which coupon to allow out of the bunch. Never going back to this location.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this Subway location really left a bad impression. The staff were incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. Instead of greeting me, they acted like I was bothering them by ordering food. When I asked simple questions about the menu, I got eye rolls and short, snappy responses.
The worst part was the attitude while preparing my order—it felt rushed, careless, and like they couldn’t wait to get me out the door. Customer service should be about making people feel welcome, but here it was the complete opposite.
I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d recommend going to a different Subway where the workers actually respect their customers.

The service was extremely unprofessional, the girl that works there showed me so much attitude that she started arguing with me what I ordered and what not. It is so shameful and disgusting as she belonged to my community. I hope I never have to visit here. Please teach them some manners

Was extremely impressed during my last visit to this location. Was well staffed for midday rush and the staff were courteous and welcoming. I enjoyed that they didn’t prioritize their many online ordered and found a good balance to ensure the lineup wasn’t too long.

Very terrible service. Takes 25 minutes to make 2 of the exact same sandwich and the bread was stone cold hard. The other sandwich was inedible with weird hard pieces in it. IF YOU WANT SUBWAY DO NOT GO HERE😭
Very rude staff. They were speaking in another language the entire time with each other. Took over 5 min to just serve me because they were all talking. I think I inconvenienced them by coming in to make a purchase. The menu price in the store is actually cheaper than you will be charged this should be changed if you are going to continue to rip people off at least put it on your menu board. Some toppings were looking a little rough. Fooled me once with your fake prices and crappy customer service but I will never be back hope it was worth it.
Horrible is an understatement for this location. The employee was rude and made everyone wait for a long time while she finished cleaning before anyone got served. They didn’t have the supremo either. What a joke. Won’t be returning to this subway.

This Subway's prices are actually higher than the other Subway locations in the city, please do avoid this location, I ordered online and even though there's no option to get sauce on the side they said I had to order that online, which just shows they don't know what they're talking about. I got a footlong and have come to this very location many times, and ask for two cups of sauce on the side, never been an issue, but all of a sudden I'm not allowed to do that, absolutely horrible prices, horrible customer service, clearly owned by cheap owners, do not support, enjoy the review.
Don’t go, they exclude themselves from promotions and overcharge. You feel like you’re inconveniencing them while ordering and paying. Sub wasn’t bad though

Not well made sandwiches, I never will say something in the moment and I didn't so I needed it to be known. They're nice and whatnot just the level of sandwich making is very very poor. Thinking that someone would be okay/happy with what we got is pretty sad. Maybe they're new I'm not sure, but you SHOULD know what looks good and doesn't. My word. After a long day that sucked
