there was only one employee working, and it took them a very long time to make 2 footlongs, a 6 inch, and potato rings. We had to ask that the potato crisps be heated up because they felt like they had been taken straight out of the freezer and served to us.

The employee behind the counter was very rude. When I walked in. I asked her what kind of bread she had and she just told me very rudely and then when I went to order it, she told me I had to wait, which I did then when she came back, I ordered my sandwich. Never once did she asked me if I wanted my sandwich toasted or not. I don’t normally get my sandwiches toasted. And then she said in a rude voice what do you want on it I told her and I asked for olives was rudely told no we don’t have olives here ! I said I want to by bottle pop went to take it out she said what are you doing I said I was taking out a bottle of pop and she said I asked you if you want a combo and said I want pop but not chips ! I work in customer service and I think they need to hire better employees and not rude ! I feel someone from there should getting in contact with me especially how rude!

The girl behind the counter would not let me use the bathroom and told me that the boss closes the bathroom because of homeless people making a mess. What kind of business does not let their paying customers use the bathroom. Very disappointed in this location. I’ve come here twice in the last 6 months both times they denied me access to the bathroom. HONESTLY I’M Disgusted! If you have dine in options, let paying guests use the bathroom!
